I had exterior siding repair, general pressure washing of decks, and exterior painting done. The service was high quality and neighbors are asking for referrals. The gentlemen that worked on my house were timely, professional, friendly, and careful to protect my lawn/foliage around the house. They welcomed feedback from me and ensured to address my concerns about my paint choice and what areas to include in trim. The owner, Carlos, took time to give me his professional opinion about the best way to achieve my paint goals. Would definitely rehire for additional work!

We had the entire external of our house painted. These guys did an excellent job to our place. They took their time to make everything look good in teams of details. Most highly recommended.

As expected Carlos and his team are great guys and do great work! They skim coated a long wall re-textured and patched holes, then primered and painted. Also shot our ceiling with a coat of flat white as it needed help as well. This is a 1000 sq ft. retail space.

I contacted Carlos, the business owner, on a Tuesday. He responded right away and stopped by Wednesday morning to look the job over. He gave a written estimate on Thursday, and a crew arrived right on time for each of the following two days. This is our fourth professional painting job, and it was our best experience so far. They worked quickly and cleaned up well afterward. Looking over the job, I would have to say that it is perfect! I'm glad that my wife and I didn't try to do it ourselves.

Carlos was able to fit in getting my deck painted before the rains when I contacted him in mid-Aug. He came promptly to check it out and was able to schedule a carpenter for a few repairs, power washing, then his painters came and did an excellent job. I was anxious to have it completed before I left on vacation and he squeezed me in. He didn't always respond to my calls inquiring when the painting might be done as he was working on other jobs as well--but the painting was scheduled and finished the day before I left.

Carlos and his crew did a great job. We appreciated their efforts to minimize our inconveniences during the job. We will definitely hire them again!

Carlos and his co-worker were prompt and did an excellent job. One bedroom required 3 coats of paint, and the other rooms needed 2 coats. It looks so much better, they provided great service.

Carlos and his crew were excellent from start to finish. Our home is large, older with lots of detail work. The prep work and attention to detail was superb. His crew took the time to fix a lot of issues found during the prep work. It's hard enough to find painters available let alone those who are good. Suburbia exceeds on all levels.

The whole proses was very easy the estimator was very helpful explaining my choices and answering all my questions the crew was very respectful and the job was completed on time over all I'm very happy with the results. I'll recommend their services to anyone

Suburbia Painting recently painted the exterior of a rental house that we own and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result! Carlos was great to work with – very thorough and patient and answering all of our questions, explaining the process, etc. Carlos and team's quality and workmanship was excellent – they even tackled some glazing work that needed to be done around old windows and they turned out fantastic. We know that painters get booked up in the summer, but we found their turnaround time to be very fast (approximately three weeks to get scheduled, at the time) and their price was one of the more reasonable bids that we received. We are planning to have some additional painting done in the near future, and we are so satisfied with their work, that we will definitely will be reaching out to them again.

We are thrilled with the job Suburbia Painting did painting our 1920s craftsman home. They were extremely thorough and the quality of their work was very high. The workers were professional and committed, and Carlos was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, including being flexible with some scheduling conflicts we had with other contractors. They also volunteered to do some extra work at no extra charge. This is a team that cares about doing things right, and we could not be happier.

Carlos and his team did a fantastic job. They are very hard-working and friendly. The entire project took them longer than expected due to tough wallpapers (multiple layers on top of each other) and we had to go above the estimate (both time and cost) due to that but overall, they were clean and professional. They were very careful with masking and made sure that all floors/cabinets/doors/stairs/counters were covered properly. Instead of orange peel, we decided to go with knock-down and they did a really good job. They accommodated all our extra requests as well.

Suburbia painted our 1930s English Tudor house in Portland after a major re-siding project. They also prepped and painted a 1960s duplex for us. In both cases, we were very happy with the work. One project was this year; the other was two years ago. The owner, Carlos Santos, is professional, friendly, conscientious and very hard-working. He did our estimates and personally oversaw both projects. His prices are fair, considering the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Our house looks gorgeous now, and the duplex looks much better. He goes the extra mile, both on prep work and finish work. His painting crews were friendly and hard-working, and they took good care with our property. In both cases, the work got done on schedule. He discovered some dry rot on the rental property mid-way and took care of it quickly and very fairly. Also, he doesn't disappear after the job is done: When we called him about a minor follow-up thing with our house, he came back right away and took care of it, despite being very busy. We would certainly recommend him to anyone, both for interior and exterior work.

Suburbia agree us a estimated bid, excellent customer service and completed the job in a week. Our home looks amazing and performance was excellent.

I would give suburbia painting 10 stars if I could. They painted my house and I very happy, excellent quality, I felt very comfortable with this job on my house, fast, efficient and no fuss.

Amazing. I got Carlos' number from a friend at work. I called him Wednesday, he came out to bid Thursday, started Friday (a big exterior job they were doing was on hold due to rain!) and was done with everything but the bathroom (occupied by the contractor) by Saturday afternoon. They were great, cleaned up their mess, and the walls look amazing! They even primed the inside of the closets at no extra charge. One thing that made me feel "iffy" was that they painted the ceiling in the bathroom (which we hadn't agreed upon) and in a text Carlos asked me to pay extra for that. He called me the next day and said "Hey, sorry about that. It was my miscommunication with the crew, so you don't have to pay for it." I split the difference because they did the closets at no extra charge (another miscommunication ;-) and were so fast and awesome in all other respects. I highly recommend Carlos et al!

I had a bedroom that needed major repair to the dry wall and painting. There was a lot to be repaired and next time, it may have to have new dry wall placed.   <br /> Carlos and an assistant were able to repair the holes, etc and conceal the wall imperfections, then paint the room within my budget. And it looks fantastic!  Painting is "smoke and mirrors" and if done properly, the blemishes are well hidden. Short of putting in new dry-wall, the room looks amazing. <br /> He also painted a ceiling that I had messed up trying to paint the house myself. Painting takes a lot of patience and is not easy. I intend on hiring Carlos to repaint my house that I messed up in trying to paint it myself.  <br /> Carlos is very professional, conscientious, and gives 100% staying within someone's budget. <br />
