Natural Resources Organic Pest Control

I have to make a big distinction here: THE PEOPLE WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE WERE VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. AND as someone who is highly allergic to chemicals, the use of essential natural oils was a blessing. I wish we could have continued. HOWEVER: dealing with Patty the owner/manager was terrible. I would tell her that I was working and could not be back until 4:30 (They are supposed to work until 5; the spraying takes no more than ten minutes) and I would get there at 4:30 to find that the young man who was supposed to do the work was waiting in front of my house for half an hour. THIS HAPPENED ALMOST EVERY TIME. The business is in Miami and she kept telling me how inconvenient it was to come to Broward. BUT she advertises Dade and Broward. Why say you will service Broward and then tell me how terribly inconvenient it is? So, I feel bad because the products work; the young man who usually did the work (occasionally, there was someone else) was very nice, but dealing with the woman who schedules the job, is terribly annoying: borderline rude. I am nice, the price was high, but as I really need this service and it works I was OK with paying it, but each time, she would tell me how inconvenient Broward was; she would arrange a time but tell the young men to come earlier and then I would feel so bad that they were waiting. When I complained about this she told me she would not work with me again.

Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Have used this company previously and was happy with the quality of service. Manager responds to emails promptly and made scheduling a visit very easy.

Disappointed to say the least. The owner himself came out and sprayed the house both inside and out. He was very nice and even left two business cards. He told me that sometimes bugs might even seem worse after the initial spray. That was understandable. He also said for me to give it two weeks before calling him back to respray because that is often how long it takes to see the results. I waited for two and a half weeks and was still having some trouble with ants in my kitchen, and some bugs in one area of my yard. I called the owner to ask about coming out to respray but did not receive a return phone call. Since that time I have called and left three voicemails asking that the owner please call me back. It has been almost a month and Ive yet to receive a return call. I had high hopes for this company because it was important to me that I use organic spray in my house, and like I said, the owner was very nice. Unfortunately I still have bugs and am left feeling like he took my money and ran. <br />

This is a small, family business... and it shows. I always get Patty on the phone at the office, and most of the time Chad is the tech sent out to visit us. And they do the right thing: I first called Natural Resources Organic Pest Control (NROPC) to get a second opinion on the job another company had done where I was not happy, and rather than try to "steal" the customer they explained to me that the other supplier had done a good job and that the unfortunate outcome is always a risk regardless of tactics. <br /> I appreciated the integrity, so the next time we had a problem I called them. They are able to poison the rats inside the house, but prefer to trap them live and kill them elsewhere to avoid the possibility of a rat dying inside the walls (typical bait risk, see above) and having the house stink to high heaven for two weeks. They've been very good, very diligent, and very careful with the work they've done for us, and they usually go a little above and beyond to ensure that they provide good results. <br /> Until and unless they screw something up, I'll continue to work with them. Very happy so far. Don't remember exactly what I paid. <br />

The problem has been solved and we are very happy with the work.  They were great!  They were prompt, thorough and also sent me a list of all the ingredients they would be using as I have a condition that requires that I pay special attention to pesticides and chemicals.  They were honest and forthcoming and I appreciated that.  I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff is superprofessional, trusworthy, knowlegeable, educated, nice people to let in your house, well manered. I have known this company for about 2 years now and I can tell you that if you need Real pest control do not hesitate to call them. Also their organic products are totally safe for you and your pet. <br />

We were initially very excited and pleased with this company when the owner was a smaller business and did the scheduling and the spraying by himself.  As time went on, his business grew, and we saw less and less of the owner.  The effectiveness of the service diminshed in propotion with the increasing scarceness of the owner.  <br /> Finally, after two ineffective service calls which did little to address our ant problem, we decided not to call the service again.  To their credit, they did offer to provide us with a free service call to address our continuing ant problem, however, we felt that we would take a break from their service for the dry season in southern Florida.  <br /> Recently, we started seeing ants around the perimeter of our house, and we decided to give them one last chance.  I spoke with the owner and told him about our problems, and he indicated that he would speak with his brother about our service.  He told me that he was servicing addresses in Broward and his brother was working for him in Miami-Dade. <br /> I then called to schedule an appointment and was told by a different person that they would call me back.  After not calling me back that day, I called again the next day and was told by a different person that I needed a monthly service and would I agree to a monthly service.  Nope.  <br /> At this point, my wife and I decided that its time to find another company.   We're sorry to have to end our relationship with Natural Resources, but Chris doesn't seem to want to take an interest in dealing personally with his clients.  The owner is very friendly, knowledgable, and professional if you can talk with him.  His staff, on the other hand, is just awful.  <br />

Since just completing our new home, we ended up with an ant problem and needed to call in a professional. They were great! The house smelled like peppermint when they left and my ants are gone!! <br />

They're very friendly & come when they say they're going to come. What we like best is that they use non-toxic sprays that are safe for our cat.

They were good. The guy came and did the job. He was good. It worked out very well. I would use them again.

They told me what was going to happen and they called me back to make sure everything was okay. Their communication was good.

I was very pleased with them. I liked everything about them. I spent $300 on the job. The whole experience with them was excellent. I will use them again in the future.

He did a good job and got rid of all the bees. I will hire him in the future to exterminate termites that I have.

Overall the company is very professional.  Their responsiveness was great, everyone I spoke with was kind, understanding, and aimed to please.  Once I explained my time constraints and concerns, they were able to come the same day.  In fact, the gave me an appointment between 3 and 4 pm, but then called to ask if they could come earlier. Chad arrived and again, every aspect of his visit was very professional.  He sprayed the internal and the external.  He explained the nature of ants, what to expect living in the everglades and the contents and makeup of the materials he used.   He was very knowledgeable and comforting.  I hoped the amount of ants would be reduced after the treatment, but that has not occurred.  Actually they have increased in one area.  I look forward to additional spraying and then an affordable maintenance plan.

Eddie was responsive, he knew exactly what to do.  He visited the house two times, and after the rats were gone, he put screening over all the openings in a third visit.  All this for $250.  He is a real professional and a great businessman.

They were very helpful on the phone as to possible causes. The technician was very polite, showed up on time and focused on his work while home. Overall I had a good experience with them and would use them again in the future.

I like them because I haven’t had a bug in the house since I have had them. They have been fantastic. They come monthly. They call in advance to tell me when they are going to come. We then schedule an appointment. They are timely. They are in and they are out. They are great. I am now paying them $45 since it went up, which is a big deal.

It went fine. They had to come back because we continued to have a problem, but they resolved it. They did not charge me when they came back the second time. They are reliable, on time, and they definitely get the job done, even if they don't get it done the very first time. They are dedicated.

We had some problems reaching Chris (phone tag for several days), but once we had the service scheduled he was responsive and on time. The flees are gone, and we are very pleased with the fact that he uses natural products to keep our house bug free (very important now that we have a small baby). All in all, his service is exceptional.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALWAYS COME ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. THEY ALWAYS GET THE JOB DONE. WE HAVE NOT SEEN ANY BUGS SINCE.
