Would give 10 stars if I could. Matt was very professional in locating and removing a raccoon trapped in a dormer attic space at my house. Came out multiple times to ensure job was done completely. Once he trapped the raccoon he returned my house back to its original condition. Again, highly, highly recommend Nature Boy Wildlife if you have critter problems that you can't handle yourself.

Matt is the best!!! He answered the phone 1st thing in the morning and was at my house that afternoon. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He went up and beyond for a first visit. I look forward to continuing to do business with him.

Unbelievably well. First day first raccoon caught in trap. Two days later, another in trap and two alive in second trap. The two alive were mother and child. The other two were kids but grown. All were living under our porch. My wife was reluctant to pay the cost quoted....until Nature Boy came out, explained what he would do and how he would do it. It struck her as reasonable and we signed the contract. Four days later, raccoons gone and entrance to under porch covered with protective screen cemented in place so we were satisfied we would not have the problem again. Note, first raccoon removed about 6;30 am, before we were awake. Call him, you will not be sorry you did.

He Handeled the racoon in my atic very well had it trapped in a day then removed 3 baby's the very next day .I highly recommend Nature Boy for any rodent problems

Oh my God Matt was fantastic not only did he come on a holiday to take care of this for me but he found another nest which he took care of and checked my attic even got rid of a stagnant little pond in the landscaping for me. He cannot be beat and will find and take care of any pests that you may have.

I couldn't be more pleased with Nature Boy Wildlife! They trapped and removed 2 skunks, 1 groundhog and 7 Raccoons. Not only did they remove the scat, they disinfected the areas and put up mesh to prevent further infestations, and guarantee free removal if my inhabitants return. They were prompt, honest, pleasant and reliable. I highly recommend.

Super fast response (minutes). Came out the next morning. Informed us of what it was (aunt colony), took care of them and dug to get them all. Performed perimeter spray around foundation. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you!

We had a skunk problem…..Mattt the owner was very prompt in calling me . He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and why. He explained all the options he had available. Awesome company and great value. I called Nature Boy Wildlife late in the morning about a bat in my attic that I saw on a camera I had placed to see what kind of critter we had. Matt came out the same day and spotted the bat and also showed me evidence of mice. He spent quite a bit of time crawling around the entire perimeter of the attic to identify two possible entry points for the bat(s) and also set bait boxes in strategic locations for the mice. Rather than remove the bat, he set up a bat watch for that night to see how many bats exited--it was just the one. Matt and Alex came by two days later and found and removed the bat. Then they sealed both entrances, cleaned up all the bat crap, and disinfected the entire attic--both the attic over the garage and over the second floor. They were prompt, polite, concerned about our problem, and kept me totally informed, including phone calls to keep me updated on the visit schedules. I highly recommend Nature Boy Wildlife. They are honest, fair, and just nice people to work with.

Perfect! I noticed bats flying out of my soffits and thought I heard them in the attic. Mat came out on a Saturday, the day after I called. He confirmed the bats and that is was mice in the attic. The next day (Sunday) he was back out filling holes, setting traps, and a one way bat door to get rid of them. 2 days later he confirmed they were gone, disinfected the area, and filled in the hole. Definetly worth the money and I appreciated the fast response and working on the weekend to take care of it.

They are responsive, did what they said they would, and the spray kept rid of the ants.

I was very pleased with the services they provided. The traps immediately caught four raccoons. Matt was very timely and professional, and even gave me some tips on how to keep them away. I would use them again if needed and would recommend them to others.

They were to finish job in the spring with no additional charge but again put down trap for groundhog and just did drive by. Then came and got everything saying wife and 4 children were in car accident. The BBB here contacted them and they denied doing business with me so I sent BBB the contract showing they made me pay before doing work although contract said payment due when work done, technician’s signature accepting check. With the copy of the contract, I wrote my response to BBB, “This is not an honest company”. They now have sent my proof to company and I’m waiting to hear from BBB. I was frantic so I paid upfront so they would hopefully get critter before I had severe damage under my mfg double wide home.

I called Nature Boy Wildlife with my problem yesterday and they came out today to assess the situation and begin treatment. The experts that came were on time, polite, and patient with my questions. My issue will not be resolved for some time yet but I feel confident that this company will continue to provide good service. So far, so good - I am a very satisfied customer.

Matt & Matt make an efficient team. Matt found the raccoon damage immediately and using a thermal camera determined that the area was empty. Using the thermal camera, he did a complete search for other possible nesting locations. A trap was installed by the entrance to the area for 5 straight nights and then he returned with an estimate to repair the animal damage as well as other attempted animal entry points. Matt and his crew repaired all of the damage in a very professional manner; no loud music or foul language. They cleaned up the damaged materials and left the yard better than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation to call Nature Boy again or to recommend them to family and friends.

Matt came immediately, assessed the situation, and promptly implemented a plan. Over next 10 days captured and removed 6 raccoons, 1 possum, 1 feral cat and blocked openings where animals were accessing the house. It was easy working with Matt (and his business partner, also named Matt), and I highly recommend Nature Boy Wildlife!

I called Nature Boy Wildlife to have animals removed that were digging in the grass in my backyard. They responded quickly and set three traps. Over the course of 5 nights they trapped and removed 3 raccoons and 2 skunks. I was very happy with their work.

That was wonderful. He answer the phone when I called he showed up that day and did the work that day. He set Mouse and chipmunk traps and sealed entry points all around my foundation. He did excellent work and he is already scheduled to come back in January 2021.
