I had this company put in my original system at my last house and they were great, never had a problem with their work. So I kept them for my new house. They have always done a good job, until now. The tech came out to start up my system on Wednesday, to changed a head and now I have water leaking. I notified them of the problem on Thursday, the next day, and they can't send out a tech until 4 days later (Monday). Doesn't matter if I'm not home or not, that is the earliest, in the mean time I have running water. I said pay your tech overtime to come fix the problem and they were not willing to do that. I have shut off the water to my system since they can't come out until next week and I don't waste water. I had this company put in my original system at my last house and they were great, never had a problem with their work. But if you have a problem be ready to be put on the back burner as they are too busy and won't pay their employee overtime to come the problem. Then Chelsea kept talking over me, which is bad customer service. Will be looking for a new company next year.

Chelsi did apologize that there was an issue, unfortunately sometimes these things take time to show themselves. Luckily, with all the rain we’ve had this week and all the rain we’re expecting in the next few days, having your system turned off will not have a negative effect on your lawn. We’re sorry that we’ve let you down and once we’ve fixed the leaking head, we’d be happy to refund the remainder of your service plan."

He walked the zones to check for problem sprinkler heads. He determined that four sprinkler heads needed replacing. Two were completed, and we discussed updates to other zones. The proposal for further work will arrive by email. We established his work priorities. He was very personable and listened to my concerns about our existing system. I will definitely have him return. I gave the price for this visit and work a "fair"....we thought the price quoted was reasonable for the work done and advice given,

We changed sprinkler contractors last year to Nature's Helper their expertise in Water Conservation and Turf Management was evident during our conversations and the price line for the work they perform was in line with all other contractors I have worked with in the past. I would highly recommend!!

Nature's Helper was very responsive from the very beginning. Receive another bid from one of the other larger companies town, and there was zero followup from other the other company, clearly didn't really want this job. Not Natures' Helper, followed up just as Jeremy said he wound and was able to get the install scheduled sooner than I was expecting. The install crew (both the plumber and sprinkler) were awesome, and they were able to get the job done without needing to cut any access openings in my just recently finished basement, a huge plus!!! Absolutely love the sprinkler system, not sure why I've waited until I'm almost 50 to enjoy the conveniences of having one. Also upgraded to include the rain sensor (a definite plus) and also the wireless remote option (a even bigger plus), being able to control via the app on my phone, very nice. I would definitely recommend Nature's Helper to anyone, whether needing a fresh sprinkler install or just needing some existing system maintenance.

Great job! They did a very professional, thorough upfront planning prior to installation. The installation team was very courteous. We were quite pleased with the system. They also offer other services, so it is nice to be able to use one company. We are having them do aerating and over-seeding next.

09/26/2018 System was installed on 8-31-18. Nature’s Helper was prompt on their arrival time and their installers worked very hard to get my system completed. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever used. From the initial bid and meeting ( this gentlemen his name is Howard is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever met). Their installers led by Juan were polite and professional all day. The follow up the next day by Justin was handled the same way very professional and he was very knowledgeable as well. All these people will do what is necessary to keep the customer happy. I have had contact with Dillion and he helped me with Controller changes. Valletta and Andrea have been very helpful when I have called or needed anything. A+++ company.

Much of the work was done while I was out of town. Coordination with the ilandscaper and sod company while dealing with extremely wet weather all went without a hitch. Everyone at the company was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

Very good. City came and replaced my sidewalk unexpectedly while they were installing the pipes. They were delayed but finished the job and did a good job.

The gentleman that came out and gave me the quote was on-time and went through everything with me. Then I can home from work on a Monday and the yard had flags where the sprinkler heads were going, not knowing someone was going to be on my property. I had to called the office and was told they planned to install the system on that Friday, not asking me if that day would work or not. (This is where the problem started). Then on Wednesday they called and told me a piece of equipment broke and they had to push the schedule. We rescheduled for the following week. Friday, April 13th, the plumber came out to do their piece of work, they were subcontracted by Nature's Helper. This is where it go worse, the plumber decided to use my trash can (that was in use) to use a drip pan because he was being "Lazy" as he stated twice, along leaving a mess and leaving electronics close to the drain. (Luckily my electronics were not ruined). I called Nature's Helper on Monday, explained the disappointment in the plumbing company and the service I received. Nature's Helper apologized and had the plumbing company call me. The issue was resolved they day they came out installed my system. This is where the service was good again --Tuesday, April 17th, the installers showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. They did a nice job going thru and cleaning up their trash and explaining things. The 3 man team worked like a well oiled machine and were able to complete the job slightly a head of schedule. They explained they were going to drain the system due to the snow that was due. April 23rd, Justin came out can went thru the control panel and started up the system to make sure everything was working properly. There was a few things, as stated above, that caused me not to give them a "A" rating. But I would hire them again.

Excellent. Very timely. They marked everything with flags one day then came back a couple days later to finish the install. They came back about 2 weeks later to test the system again & address our concerns.

All of the Nature's Helper employees have been prompt for scheduled startup and fall shutdown of my system, each and every year. In addition, I can say that my system has had no problems since installation. It has needed no repairs. They installed a quality product at reasonable price. I especially appreciate the attention the employee(s), at startup each year, give to making sure the sprinkler heads are covering the intended area. It takes a bit of time for them, but saves me hassle or an additional call.

Provider was very knowledgeable and helpful, making several suggestions. Very knowledgable about water conservation. The owner personally came to check the system post install and thought we needed one more sprinkler for a hard to reach area, and within a day that was completed without an additional charge. The office staff is also very knowledgable and even emailed me links to simple instruction videos for future refernce to reinforce my knowledge. Great service and employees.

Everything went exactly as planned. Plans were designed to best fit both properties. Crews arrived as planned and executed the work as agreed upon. When the tech. arrived he didn’t have his own key to adjust heads and had to use ours. He was at all house for less than 30 mins and did a fairly good job.
