NCO Custom Marble And Granite

NCO was awesome to work with. EVERYONE we worked with from selection of a slab through to finishing touches on the installation was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am thrilled with how our bathrooms turned out!

Frome beginning to end, NCO was superb. Custom countertops have to be done with precision. The process is so distinctive, you get to select the exact slab they cut from a template they design.

Excellent - from start - choosing our stone - to finish - taking care of small issues left over from the installation. Office staff were very attentive, responded quickly to questions, took responsibility for issues until the job was done (even after we had paid in full). On-site staff were friendly, efficient, got the job done quickly and well. The craftsmen they recommended (tile, plumber) were excellent as well (we used a local plumber instead of their recommendation but we needed to get the recommended plumber in to finish the job correctly).

I went by and met with a woman who was very helpful to me in locating pieces of granite to meet my specifications. She was patient to show me pieces several times that afternoon and listened carefully to my impressions of each piece and then, based on that, showed me others that might interest me. She sent me home with several samples I selected and recommended I see them in the rooms where I expected to have them installed. I did this and made my final choices. I then scheduled the measurements with another woman, who was most responsive and courteous. She was able to schedule an early morning time that would not affect my work schedule. Due to a snowstorm, that time had to be moved, but was quickly rescheduled to the next morning. The woman who arrived to measure was prompt and professional, despite rough weather conditions on the road. Although I was told they generally take a week to cut granite after measuring, they were able to get mine ready for install in 3 days to accommodate my work schedule and plumber. They arrived the morning scheduled and quickly, kindly, and professionally, installed my countertops. They asked me to take a look upon completion. I couldn't be happier with the finished product! I would use them again any day!

The workers came on time, made the template for the granite, set up a time for the granite to be installed, and cleaned up. The fabrication and installation of the granite were both excellent! My counter tops look beautiful! Very professional! I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality granite service.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN RALEUGH!!The level of customer service is exceptional!!! Completely above and beyond. The team of ladies there are hard working and completely devoted to making sure your purchasing experience, is stellar. My project took 4 months to complete and before they were paid in full and not once did they gavel. In fact, they expressed symathy for the headaches endured. They worked diligently several weekends, on their days off helping me find sinks and making sure spec where correct. Something, I knew nothing about and was clueless to purchase on my own. What a tremendous help!! <br /> I can't speak more highly for NCO Custom Marbe and Granite. <br />   <br />         Thank you all at NCO for the outstanding job you did for me and my family!!! <br />

Tracy at NCO was exceptional!  She was so helpful and patient to work with.  She knew that I was having a hard time picking out the perfect granite to finish my kitchen.  She helped me pick out the Crema Delicatus I finally chose.  It is perfect!  She quickly responded to all my questions and concerns by phone calls, texts, and email.  Other competitors waited weeks to respond! <br /> The installation was flawless.  I have seen some really terrible seams in other kitchens.  Osban installed the counter tops and finished the seam.   His expertise is very evident in his professional installation of the granite. <br /> So happy we used NCO!  I cannot say enough about how much I love my counter tops! <br />

We found a granite at another fabricator that we liked and planned to have them make and install our new bathroom vanity counter.  They never called to set up a time to measure and wouldn't return our phone calls. I remembered that a builder friend of mine recommended NCO so I went to their business and looked for the same granite.  They didn't have any in stock but search their granite suppliers until they found the one that we wanted.  Turned out that the only slab available was in VA so the supplier shipped it to the Raleigh location, we looked at it and approved it's use.  Once it was sent over to NCO the measurement was done quickly, fabrication and installation were done within the week.  Traci was really responsive and personable. I would use this company again without question in the future. <br />

Great job.  NCO is a wonderful company to work with.  They also installed granite in our kitchen in 2013, and we could not be happier with their work.  They are responsive, helpful, and did a wonderful job with the installation.  The product is beautiful. <br />

They scheduled the delivery and were here on time in the pouring rain. They came in with boots on and a tarp so that they would not mess anything up. They installed the countertop and cleaned up before they left. They were very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend them. It seems like a family business and they appear to try to make everyone happy.

We wanted to replace our old laminate countertops with granite.  We visited several places, including full service Kitchen design shops, but I have worked with someone over the years who could handle most of the handy-man type tasks, so for us, simply going to a fabricator, like NCO was the best idea.  I found them on Angie's list, and we stopped in.  From that very first meeting, Janneth and Celine took excellent care of us.  It was very cool to walk through their work area, and see the guys finishing off other jobs.  Janneth walked us out to where various granite slabs were waiting for other customers' jobs.  There was enough variety that we were able to decide what colors and types of pattern in the stone would work best in our kitchen.  She gave us a rough estimate, based on something we really liked, and gave us all the contact information, addresses and websites for their suppliers.  Over the next week, we visited several, and chose two for NCO to provide us with better estimates.   <br /> While we weren't 100% sure about either, Janneth and Celine worked with a couple additional suppliers, and knowing what we were looking for, emailed a photo of a slab which had just come in to one, that was about $5/sq ft less than what we'd been looking at.   We drove out there the next day, and when we saw it in person, we knew immediately that it was what we wanted.  We chose two slabs and called NCO back to tell them that those were what we wanted.   <br /> We had to replace the cabinets that made up our island, and when our cabinets came in and we had the old ones taken out and new ones installed, NCO sent out Osvaldo to make final measurements.  He was very professional and excellent about answering several questions we had.  The next day, I went over to NCO to confirm which sink we wanted installed in the new island, and gave Celine a check for half, with the balance due upon installation.  Within a week, our counter tops were delivered and installed.    We called a plumber, who reinstalled our dishwasher, plumbed the new sink (with a new disposal we'd purchased separately), and by 6PM that evening the job was completely done.   <br /> The kitchen looks stunning.   I can't believe we waited this long to make a much needed upgrade to our kitchen, but once we made the decision, I was thrilled that everything went so quickly and efficiently.  <br />

Celine and Janeth are both very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I felt comfortable and confident relying on their advice and I have no regrets or second thoughts. They gave me an incredible deal on a Level 5 granite that I could never have afforded otherwise. You won't go wrong with NCO!

I would recommend NCO to everyone who wants an intelligent and professional group of people working together to get terrific results.  The best I've experienced through the many renovations over the past 47 years. <br />
