Had this company to come in and at first it started off that we were doing just a re model of one room. These guys had all the licenses for everything. All I had to do with sit back and enjoy the way my house looked no delays, no overges. And they never charge me a dime up front. Great company.

They started off real well what happened I don’t know. Very pricey and they have yet to fix the bathroom plumbing problem. Been waiting a week. Won’t answer my phone calls anymore and keep getting promised we will come today and never show up or give a courtesy call as to why. They like to argue and scream at each other in the yard enough for my neighbors to hear. They waste no time cashing your check but do not guarantee the work they do. I would not hire them again and I am greatly disappointed. They talk a good game. Also he does his own reviews on his website by taking the customers phone and doing it.

Neal and his team did an incredible job. Throughout the process, I requested changes/ modifications to the project. I added additional work to scope of the job. Neal was very accommodating and did the job beyond what I could imagine. I highly recommend him and his team.

I'm new to the area and called Neil when I found water pouring into the crawlspace of my new house whenever it rained. Neil came out with a member of his team and introduced himself and explained what they planned to look for based on my description. I led himself and his employee down to the crawl area and showed them the water entry point. I also voiced my concerns that on my inspection report when purchasing the house, they mentioned that the support pillars underneath had endured some erosion. While showing all of this to Neil, he noticed mold spots that were missed previously and suggested we do a mold test. He sent it out and within 24 hours the results had been returned with an unfortunate cocktail of mold. Neil went to work immediately that week and sprayed down my crawlspace thoroughly, as well as put down a brand new vapor barrier. All throughout the week he inspected the work to ensure everything was going according to plan. Once the mold had been remediated, he and his staff returned to the house within a few days time to begin the structural work which included pouring concrete and putting in new structural supports. The house ended up needing more work than we initially anticipated, but he was more than willing to work with us in the matter. He and his employee's were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the entire ordeal and they did their best to not interrupt my daily routine. They offer great work and I look forward to using their services in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work similar to my own.

The workman did an outstanding job installing a handrail beside my steps. The job was done exactly as discussed, the work was done on time and all debris or waste was removed. I will definitely use Neal-Williams again.

I hired this company to do the relatively small job of relocating the locating the stairs of a second floor deck. They were very responsive initially. The quote was reasonable and they could start asap (should have been the first red flag). They tore down the stairs and then told me the price was gonna be 50% more expensive, then by the end of the day the total price doubled. With no stairs existing becuase they tore them down I have to proceed forward: very shady business/scammers. The worker/workers was substandard at best: it took far long than it should have. Likely because the workers were drinking alcohol on the job. I found empty cheap beer cans mixed in the construction debris. In a super gross turn of events, one of the workers asked me to call the owner b/c his phone wasn't working they discussed how to get his phone bill paid after letting him know his pin is {redacted personal information}, ugh. Kurtis came to my house to inspect the final product collect money and assured me that all of the debris would be picked up within 2 days. Well its a week later, after multiple calls, hes no longer responding and left my backyard unusable because it is essentially a dump, not safe for my children to use. A small job that turned into a big hassle with astoundingly inept and unprofessional people. Gonna have junk haulers come and another deck company fix it. Honestly, a small price to pay to have these miscreants away from my house and family.

Neal Williams did a wonderful job with removing the water in my bathroom and also removing the mold. They explain the process and how long it would take the communication was really good for them and hire them again. The price was fairly reasonable and I am very happy with the results.

Neal-Williams Mold Remediation and General Contractors did an exceptional job in completing all of the tasks associated with my project. Professional, courteous, efficient and on time with reasonable pricing, Neal-Williams remodeled my bathroom, including completing the plumbing, repaired a hole in my roof, took down and reinstalled drywall that was contaminated with mold, built a platform to improve my accessibility to my couch and installed a vapor barrier system in my crawlspace. They stand by the quality of their work and it is obvious from the excellence of their work products that they take pride in all that they do. Usually I have found that working with construction crews can be frustrating, especially when they start a project and then disappear for days. I did NOT have this problem with Neal-Williams. The owner was in contact with me regularly and gave me accurate information regarding when the project would be completed. I will definitely hire Neal-Williams in the future if faced with a construction project that I want done right the first time. It was very easy to give this company 5 stars.
