I can't say enough good things about New Era! I hire lots of vendors across several states and Miguel and his whole crew did a fantastic job quickly and efficiently, at a fair price. Great communication throughout the whole process, and they worked well around our needs to still have some staff in place working, while painting the whole floor of offices top to bottom. Miguel is a customer focused professional that is sure to satisfy your needs. Highly recommended and will absolutely use his services again in the future for repair/paint projects.

I was very pleased with the work New Era Construction did for me. I had them stain my wrap around deck, 3 outside benches, and a little work on my shed. These guys have the best personality and work great in a very timely manner! I highly recommend them!

Miguel and his team did great work. Communication was timely and the quote was detailed. They kept a clean work place and left no sign they had been here except for a beautifully painted bathroom. I would highly recommend them and will call on them again.

We were preparing our house for sail and hired a contractor who promised to do everything in a few weeks, took the money and practically did nothing for several months (promise after promise after promise...). He knew that we were very stressed in time because my wife was already being scheduled for a major surgery in another state where we've bought a condo and we were just loosing money by paying mortgage. Finally we gave up on him and found Miguel (New Era Construction...). He and his guys literally saved us. They did great job inside and outside the house in a short time, and we were able move in our new condo a day before my wife surgery! All the job was done with a great quality (new floors, new stairs, new ceiling, fixing some walls, pressure washing, painting all around, some electrical job, etc.). Our house was sold after being just two days on the market, for even a better price then we were thinking of before! It was a great experience with Miguel and his team. We are very greatfull to him, and highly recommend him as a reliable, highly professional contractor! Plus, he is a very nice person! Thank you again, Miguel! Miguel does a superb job! His quote was accurate and reasonable. He finished the job in the time frame he expected and on budget. He pays attention to detail and doesn’t cut corners. He problem-solves well any issues that arise. He communicates often, promptly, and effectively. His final product is beautiful! We are very pleased with the major bathroom renovation he did for us!
