Neighborhood Garage Door was quick to respond. They were professional and as far as I can tell did good work. I didn't shop around for pricing, but have had springs replaced in the past and the price seemed about right.

My garage door Spring that helps the door roll up broke. I had no idea until I went to open the door...It would not open manually either. I called Neighborhood Garage Door and they were at my house in 45 minutes. I chose to spend a little more to have a second spring and new rollers installed. Jeff Dumm was the Tech and he was very professional, fast and efficient. He took the time to explain to me how the door works and what was good and what could be better. As a Realtor, I will be recommending these guys to anyone stuck or in need of garage door repair. Thank you, thank you, thank you Neighborhood Garage Door Service and Jeff Dumm!

Great! Arrived an hour after called, replaced broken spring and other used spring for heavy insulated metal door.  Upgraded rollers.  Lubed and tightened.  Cleaned up.  Service tech was very polite, pleasant and professional.  Quickly fixed problem.  It works!  Thank you very much!!! <br />
