They came out back at the beginning of July and came back out a total of 4 times to fix the same problem. They charged us over $450 the first time and then tried to charge us again for the same amount even though they NEVER fixed the problem the first time. We requested our money back, and that hasn't happened. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn't get anywhere with the company either. For everyone's sakes remove this company from your data base, they are total crooks!!!

The technician installed the wrong spring size. When I found out and called to correct the installation they wanted me to pay a service call plus labor. I am sure the spring costs two bits. Also the warranty given is only for 1 year.

It was wonderful. Ronnie was the technician and he got here in a timely manner with the best attitude. I set this appointment up at 1am and he was here between 8 and 9:30 that morning. He was very friendly and explained every detail of the job to me. He had my garage repaired and working by 10:30. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

<p>The spring on our garage door broke about 7 p.m. so needless to say opening the garage door was not going to be an option. Since my husband would need to get out the next morning I searched for a company with 24 hour service. Fortunately for us, I discovered Pro Garage Services (Neighborhood Garage Door Service) 678-922-9814. They answered immediately and promised a technician would come out as soon as available. They called back about 45 minutes later to update me and tell me the technician was finishing another job an hour from me and he would call when he was in route. At 8:30 p.m. Glenn called saying he was on his way. By 9:40 he arrived and finished by 11:00 p.m. He was professional and very nice. We would definitely recommend them and will be calling them in the future.</p>

Serviceman was extremely professional (Miles). Came out the same day we called. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, gave instructions to keep door on working condition (spraying rollers every 6 months with silicone base spray, so the don't seize up) very friendly and personable.
