They arrived on time with the correct parts. The garage door spring was fixed in a timely manner.

They fixed they thought was broke but wasn't actually broke, my car is now locked in the garage, they have scheduled 3 appointments with me and never showed up to any of them. They would not give me any of their names or their managers information or who the owner of the company is.

The thing about it is first I told them that I wanted what Angie’s List said because they tried to charge me six-hundred and some dollars’ worth of work. Then, the technician got kind of upset because I said I do not want it. I told them just to do what Angie’s List told them to do and that is what happened. He was in conference with his boss I guess because I was out there in the garage with him. I would never use them again. He came out right away. I told him what we were going to do and said that everything charted on the list, he was going to tell me when he was going to do it and I would take it off. That is how we did that. With everything that was going on, he remained professional. They should know what they are going to do before they get out there and he checked it out and everything. I kept saying Angie’s List and then, he kept saying that this is what I found. The thing about is just do what you are told. Do not try to gouge any more money or anything like that.

They came two days after I bought the big deal. It was okay. They charged me for the rollers and the spring. They were okay. The quality was average.

The torsion spring in my roll-up overhead garage door snapped and broke with a horrific sound when I closed the door this morning. I searched the internet for a local garage door repair company, and came across this one. It appeared to have received good reviews. So I called for service late in the morning, explained the situation, and was immediately given a timeframe the same day in which to expect someone to come out to my house. Within two hours had a serviceman at my door. I have NEVER had such PROMPT and COURTEOUS service from any contractor or tradesman (plumber, carpenter, etc.) for any home project in the past. Within a few minutes of arrival, the problem was completely diagnosed, and solutions provided, along with cost estimates. The entire repair took a little over one hour, which in itself was amazing given all the work required. I also thought the total cost was reasonable for all the replacement parts provided and work performed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repairs in South Orange County, California. Finally, I would like to say a special "THANK YOU" to OCTAVIO, the technician who performed all the work. He is by far one of the nicest and most professional contractor or tradesman with whom I have ever dealt. This company is very lucky to have him on board.

Johnny came out and did the work with the stuff he's got in his truck. Its working properly now. It's not noisy, it works smoothe! I'm very happy! <br />

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was here at least 4 hours and didn'y leave ubtil all was perfect.. <br />

Heavy sales pitch to pay over $800 for spring replacement. This is about 2-3 times the going rate.  I negotiated the price down to $500 which is still way over current market but I paid since they were "here" and I needed to have the door fixed.  After they left, I found that the garage door would sometimes open by itself; not all the time but seemed to do so more often at night.  The door would need to be re-adjusted and when I called back for them to "fix" the problem, they basically wanted me to self-examine and fix the problem myself.  I then called the next day and got a different person on the phone who much more agreeable and she scheduled a technician to come out the next day for adjustment under warranty.  I then decided to check Angie's List and found out that I could get competent service at a fair price and decided to just pay for adjustment and discontinue association with this provider.

Neighborhood Garage Door Services gave me a free no obligation estimate which was much better than two other companies I contacted. .Same Day Service ! Technician Raymond did a great job. Explained to me everything he was doing while he was doing it. Very professional. Very pleased.

<p>Jeff at GDS did a great job in quickly replacing my garage door motor, belt and spring.  He was very thorough in explaining to me what happened and what needed to be done.  He even tried to minimize the cost by trying to fix the existing motor.  In the end, he provided great service at a reasonable cost.  I would recommend GDS to anyone who needs garage door repairs.</p>

Garage door was not going up and suspected spring.  Called Neighborhood Garage and came out same day which was a huge plus.  The branch manager was the one that showed up and was most professional and genuine.  Gave me options and repaired with no hassles.  Great experience.

Good communication, technician called prior to arriving at the house and was even a little earlier than expected.  He did a thorough job of explaining the problems and what we needed.  Once we agreed upon the work, he finished quickly, cleaned up and left us with operating doors!! <br />
