Not much to say other than the work was done quickly, and efficiently. The only negative is that the strip was installed using very shiny metal screws that show on the outside. I'll need to darken them with either a marker or enamel paint. Other than that it was a great experience. <br />

I can't say enough about Ryan Cheeks professionalism and knowledge of the job he did. He explained everything in detail and gave me options before fixing ALL the issues with our door. <br /> <br /> Come to find out the bearings, springs, and drums needed replacement, he also recommended to change the cables and showed where it was wearing. He gave me the cost of doing the job now and the cost of coming back out. <br /> <br /> He even showed me the work he did in detail plus showed me the parts that had to be replaced. I can not say enough about his professionalism, integrity and knowledge.

Great! The installers assigned to our job had called in sick for the <br /> day, but the company sent one of the managers who was able to do the <br /> work quickly and professionally. He even worked around my fully loaded <br /> garage. There was a delay in hauling off the old door, but eventually <br /> everything was taken care of and the new door looks and functions great. <br />

Arrived on time. Checked out the current operator. We decided it needed to be replaced. Replaced with new control and remove. Also lubricated the door. All done for price quoted in about an hour. Took the old operator with him. No mess. All done. Great job.

<p>Diagnosis was done quickly and efficiently. The problem was explained to me in terms that I could understand. I was given several options to repair the problem with varying costs. Once I selected the option that was most beneficial to me the work was completed in approximately 1.5 hours, giving me time to get to my later appointment that I thought I would probably miss. Fast and efficient work was wonderful! The tech was also professional and worked with me to save money on additional parts that turned out to be damaged but were not discovered until later in the process. After installation the tech also showed me how to properly lubricate certain parts of the system 2x per year with a silicone spray. The new door opener is so quiet, I think that my neighbors will be glad I opted for the total rebuild package.</p>
