Extremely well! We now have an efficiently working A/C system instead of the old one that, evidently, was only pumping the slightly cooler air from the basement up into the rest of the house. All is working very well after a week or more of use. I can't say enough in praise of Travis, who proved, again, to be a knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, clever, and efficient worker.I am able to use all of the above adjectives confidently because, as an interested 80+ year-old retiree i had the time to enjoy watching and conversing with Travis throughout almost the entire installation process! Additional information: NH&C also does business under the names South Lyon and McGraw Mechanical Heating & Cooling.

Service provider was prompt and communicated out any installation issues that were encountered. I thought everything went very smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone.

They initially never responded to email when I tried to follow through with my Angie's List sale. After 4 weeks with no response I finally reached them and they apologized, saying they had been swamped with people responding to the offer. On the day we scheduled for the appointment they said they would be there a little after noon and hadn't shown up by 1:00 with no call. When I called to see where they were they said 1:30 and did show up at that time. The serviceman was pleasant and professional

Once I was finally able to schedule (a combination of their company being overwhelmed at the time of purchase and my rapidly-filling work schedules) it was fine. The technician was professional and honest.

Went fairly well since the A/C hadn't ever been tuned up since the house was built 14 years ago. It also needed Freon which was extremely expensive (about $800) because they don't manufacture this particular type any longer. But I was told it should help my unit to last another 2-3 years before it needs to be replaced and the cost could be applied toward a new A/C unit.

Went very well. In spite of my forgetting our qppointment rirst made, Kevin returned a couple of weeks later and impressed me by the care he took to check out our system, which had seemed to be taking too long to cool our house. Unfortunatel, he discovered that the compressor was not even working, and we would need either a new compressor or a completely new system. We chose the latter, and they have promised to be back here tomorrow to install a new Ingersoll=Rand replacement for our 31 yeqr-old Lenox system at a pioce I saw as quite resonable compared to the cost of just replacing the old compressor. I'll review the installation later, but I expect good things from Kevin, who impressed me so faorably today.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I've learned to NOT utilize Angie's List as the promotions offered are bogus at best. I would never recommend Neighborhood Heating & Cooling based on their unresponsive "I don't care" attitude.

They never made the appointment or returned calls, emails or responded to complaint from Angie's list.

Over charged. Not happy with the service.

It was not so great. They said that we needed to replace something that was a $500 that didn't need to be replaced. We didn't use them to do that. We had somebody else come in and repaired it. They said we needed some free on and they were correct about that. They said one of the things we needed was a new air conditioning system and we'll probably need a new system in maybe 6 months or something like that. But the point is that they were offering to sell us a new air conditioner so we weren't pleased about that. They came out within a week. I wouldn't recommend them.

On December 29, 2015, we made the call to McGraw mechanical per an Angie's List recommendation for help with our furnace.  Matt spent some time during the first call to explain how some things work and asked great questions to help possibly narrow down the problem.  It was a very cold couple of days and the issue was rather urgent.  Matt came out that day and helped diagnose the problem.  The capacitor (part of the fan motor that helps the fan motor start up) had gone bad and needed to be replaced.  It was a very inexpensive fix, so I just had to pay for the part and the service call.  He provided great service and was very knowledgeable.  Also, reasonably price.  If you are looking for top notch service for your home heating needs from someone who is straight forward and efficient, give him a call. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> -- <br /> <br /> Joe <br />

They were at my home within 30 minutes of my call. They were extremely courteous and professional and I will be calling on them for all my future HVAC needs. <br />
