"Mr A*** is absolutely right to be frustrated by what went wrong and we apologize profusely for having wasted his time. It hurts to receive a review like this but ultimately when a valuable customer grades us like this, it allows us to fix what went wrong and move forward knowing how we can improve and knowing that we are all human and mistakes happen but more importantly is how we respond to a mistake that can make all the difference in the world. "We love our customers and believe in providing quality service at a fair price. Unfortunately on occasions like this we find ourselves trying to help a person in need and paying the price for our generosity. Not only did we reduce our price below normal for this customer but we performed additional work for free. After all work was performed and paid for, Mr C*** called disputing the amount he'd paid..... we totally agree that MR C*** paid more than the quoted parts and labor BUT when it was explained that the difference was tax he went into a rage and insisted on being refunded the tax and if we didn't that he would slander our name on Angies List. The one thing Mr C*** promised and actually stuck to was this bad review and in addition he is now threatening to reverse all charges on his credit card and get all repairs for free if we don't refund the tax. Per MR C***'s request we will be deducting the tax from his invoice and we as a company will pay for his sales tax because making MR C*** a more satisfied customer is more important."
