He didn't complete the job and I cannot reach him, also his voice mail is full.

"Hard to understand how someone can get an F for helping someone with not only pricing of job but it was complete before inspection I informed [Member Name Removed]that I would help her out and do the rest of the stuff she was requesting for free after hearing the sad poor pitiful me and my finance story’s. I can see getting mad if I was paid to do something that didn’t get completed I literally lost money on this job due to helping out someone who claimed to be struggling and been “screwed” so many times thank you for the review next time please make more sense and be honest at least"
