We called on Tues., April 8, and got an appointment for the next day. We were given a window of 1:00pm - 5:00pm. He called before arrival and got to our house at 1:10pm. Immediately identified the problem and fixed it in minutes. <br /> He was polite, clean and very pleasant. We would definitely make Nelson's our first call for plumbing in the future. <br />

The price of the repair was covered by our home warranty; he had a co-pay or $45 or $50. The experience was excellent; he arrived when he was supposed to and was clean and fast. He was kind of a quiet, shy guy.

i had a leak in my hot water heater pan and i purchased a home warranty just so i wouldnt have to deal with any of these issues myself. the warranty company sent out Nelson Plumbing. they fixed some things but it wasnt quite right and not everything went all as it should with the help of First American Home Warranty and the Help of the Owner of Nelson Plumbing some of the things that should of been fixed when my condo was built originally got fixed and ended up in better condition than it was when i moved in.
