I hired Thomas for a furnace tune up and to replace my filter because I couldn't figure out where it was in my unit. He showed up on time, didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing how to replace the filter, popped a new one in, tuned up and cleaned my unit and suggested some other routine maintenance that was overdue without pressuring me to do it now. Ultimately, I decided to have him clean my a/c coils while he was here since he had a little time before his next appointment. He showed up on time and called when he was on his way. I felt that his pricing was fair and he was knowledgeable. He was even really sweet to my dogs. I will hire him in the future to clean my ducts for sure, and felt really comfortable with him in my home.

Thomas (the owner) arrived within an hour of my call and replaced my old furnace the same day! Turned out great and the price seemed very reasonable.

It went well! We have used Neuner Heating and air for our home and rental properties.

Thomas arrived on time as scheduled. He diagnosed my furnace issue and had it repaired in under an hour. Price seemed fair to me. Highly recommend!

It was good. It was expensive. We had an issue with the filter.

On October 22, 2013 Thomas Neuner of Neuner Heating and Air, 416 Byland Drive, Beech Grove, IN 46107 installed <br /> a Goodman Furnace at my residence. When I turned the furnace back on in October <br /> of 2014, the furnace made a loud noise and I noticed that the floor above the <br /> furnace vibrated. I could feel it when I was sitting in my living room. I <br /> telephoned Thomas on a number of occasions and left messages asking him to come <br /> out and check it out. When I did not hear from him, I called someone else and <br /> was told by that person that the installation was very shoddy. <br />   <br /> At this time I texted Thomas and told him I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau. After <br /> that text, he contacted me and asked that I not contact the BBB and that he was <br /> sorry and would come out and make it right. Twice he did not show up for <br /> arranged appointments. He did come out the third appointment we made. At that <br /> time he did make a partial repair and explained in detail how he would complete <br /> the repair. We made another appointment in his appointment book as I watched. <br /> Again he did not come out for the appointment. He did text later and said he <br /> was not feeling well that day and apologized. Again we made an appointment for <br /> Thursday December 4 at 10:00 AM of this year. Again he did not make the <br /> appointment nor did he contact me with an explanation. <br />   <br /> Filing this complaint is not something I take lightly but Mr. Neuner has demonstrated atrocious business practices. I have been very patient but enough is enough. <br />
