I had a great experience with this company. The owner W Worked hand and hand with my insurance company and advocated for a full replacement for our roof. He took a lot of the stress out of the process by being on site for the inspection from the insurance company and making needed contacts with State Farm. The actual replacement of the roof went extremely well! It took just over a day. All debris was cleaned up, and our roof looks amazing! I would definitely recommend this company!

I contacted New Albany Exterior Solutions and asked for them to take a look at my roof and give me an estimate on replacing my roof. I was given a very reasonable estimate and there was no pressure sales at all. About 2 months later I decided to proceed with replacing my roof and contacted Larry at New Albany Exterior Solutions. They still honored the original estimate from 2 months earlier. They were able to work with my schedule and 4 days later they came out and replaced my roof. They showed up on time and cleaned everything up nicely after they left. I would highly recommend New Albany Exterior Solutions to anyone and you will get a high quality roof replacement and terrific service.
