My name is Shaun... I don't write many reviews but I felt at least compelled to say a few words about Bruce and his construction company.. Bruce has done a lot of work for me. The result being nothing less than phenomenal!  <br> <br>He finished my siding, roof, and even did me a solid and did my front steps. The end result is me having the sharpest house on the block and raising my home value way more than the cost of the work which was an extremely fair price.  <br> <br>I wold recommend him for anyone that's looking to get work done. You will not be disappointed at all. It's a family business and a very good, down to earth family. As of now I'm pretty much done with any major upgrades but if I ever buy another home I will not hesitate to have them do the work for me. My house looks like a million bucks without costing a million. This is a real review from just a guy that respects and acknowledges good work... This is great work!!

<p>After receiving several estimates from contractors for repairs on my roof and siding, I felt a bit confused about the cost of the estimates. The pricing was all over the place and I wasn’t sure whom to believe. Some contractors said that I would have to redo my whole roof and siding and others sounded like they wanted to cut corners. I just had to go with my gut feeling and I’m glad I did. I hired Bruce and his crew. <br><br>The words amazing, caring, professional, talented, and empathetic come to mind when I think about New America Construction. I can’t say enough positive things about them. They are great guys. After hearing from several contractors on what the solution was for my repairs and after researching online I felt like I was somewhat of an expert, boy was I wrong.<br><br> I thought it would be an easy 4 -hour repair but it wasn't. Bruce had recommended that I pay a flat fee because we were unsure of the extent of the damage. I should have listened to his advice, but I went with the hourly package. The siding repair went well but when they removed the Yankee gutter I was shocked with the condition of the rafters. They were all completely rotted. There was so much structural repair I couldn’t believe my eyes. My heart sank; a 4-hour job turned into a whole day. Bruce is such a great guy at the end of the job, when I asked him what was the additional cost, he just said "Don’t worry about it happy Mothers Day." Wow! I thought he was joking, but he wasn’t. He could clearly see how stressed out I was with the whole process. He acted like it was nothing but to me it was everything. Thank you so much Bruce. I will definitely use them for any future projects and gladly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an honest company. New America Construction is # 1!!!!!!<br></p>

The job went fantastic.  Day one removed old siding and starting installing new siding.  Cleaned up site after end of day one.  Day two completed siding, installed all light fixtures and cleaned up work site.

<p>New America Construction, Bruce Chavez, Contractor, was siding a house behind me.  I noticed the diligence of the crew and was impressed with their workmanship.  I closely watched their progress and drove by the house to get the phone number on their truck.  As I watched the work being done I saw that it was turning out beautiful.  I thought to myself, “Hey, I wish I could do that to my house.”  I thought that the cost would be too prohibitive, but decided to find out.  So I called.  </p> <p>Bruce Chavez, Contractor, came by and gave me an estimate with a very reasonable price.   My house is very  old and had cedar barn shakes and clapboard.  Bruce advised that the barn shakes be removed for a nice smooth look with the new siding.  Miguel Hernandez, Foreman, and Marcelo Gonzalez were our crew.  They removed the barn shakes, sided the house, clad all the windows, hung new shutters, and replaced a door, and installed a storm door.  </p> <p>These men worked tirelessly and their work was very professional.  They were always very polite and cleaned up at the end of each day.  They worked as if New America Construction was their own company. Also, Bruce always made himself available for questions and directed the crew to do all that I wanted.  Even after receiving the last payment, Bruce had the crew come back and do some additional work I thought was important and asked for no additional payments.</p> <p>My house looks great.  I am very happy with the work performed by New America Construction and would highly recommend them.  As a matter of fact, I never had work performed on my house that when they left I actually missed them.  I was fortunate to find a company that takes pride in their work and is so courteous and helpful throughout the job.  Hats off to you, New America Construction.  Keep up the great work. </p> <p>Thanks, </p> <p>Mark</p> <p>Teaneck, NJ</p> <br>

I needed some roofing trim replaced and this contractor was working on a neighbor's home. I asked him to price and do the work. By next day the work was completed, the price was great and crew was professional. I highly recommend this contractor. <br />

New America provided excellent roofing, siding and window installation.  My older home was a really tough job and Bruce provided quality work and a great price.  His staff is thorough and professional. He responded quickly for estimates and does the agreed upon work in a neat and timely fashion.  I appreciate his business and highly recommend him.

I Found Bruce through you tube he has great videos on installing vinyl siding. he made my he made the process easy for me to understand. he took a picture of my house, then he sent me a picture  of my house designed with his software designer he uses to design houses so i was able to see how my how was going to look before it was done, after he showed me my house on the picture then i was in to the project, i started looking for new  houses picture. i sent him those pictures and he understood my thoughts on what i wanted. on few different looks that he sent me i finally decided to go with the dark blue color so, like i was saying he made the process really simple and easy. after i signed the contract we scheduled a date for the project, it took a little longer than we expected intrigue. i didn't wanted to rush them. they are very professional <br /> ( <strong>I LOVE THE WAY HOW  MY HOUSE LOOKS, THANKS TO BRUCE'S DESIGNER SOFTWARE</strong>)  <br />
