They were terrible. They showed up with 1 less guy than they should have. My dad and I did more work  than probably they did combined. The price would have been fine if they'd of shown up with 3 guys like they were supposed to show up with. The quality was average. I think they were late. My main thing to tell other people would be to make sure to ask if they are getting workers that are gonna be efficient and hustle instead of a bunch of slackers. They were supposed to bring 3 worker and they only brought 2. My dad and I helped otherwise it would have taken forever.  <br /> <br />

I would tell the world not to use them. <br /> <br /> Terrible if you want your jewelry just throw in the bottom  of the box, if you want your pictures thrown around, I still have a pile up to the ceiling in my garage of rugs and stuff like that, if you want you prized possession treated like that use them, no don't use them, run, run as fast as you can run.

It was not good at all. That was a bad deal completely.  I round up spending $1,200 on top of what I paid and they were not forthright. They damaged my new home that I was moving into and did not repair it. I would leave a bad rating, obviously, because I was disappointed. I guess they were irresponsible, not forthright.

My experience with them was absolutely terrible. They ruined two rugs in the bathroom because they spilled chemicals on it. I don't know what they used on the tile floors but it was real greasy and smeared. The girl offered to get her boss to replace the rug, and we said no. We just wanted them gone. The overall experience was much less than acceptable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

I had an oil painting that disappeared.  I did submit a claim and a picture in December.  I have spoken with a number of representatives, exchanged emails with the company.  They have only offered $50 with a painting that is worth much more.

They could not have been better. Came on time, worked together and worked hard. They protected the furniture with wraps, avoided scuffing paint, treaded lightly on new carpet. They were efficient, thorough, and quite frankly, exceeded all of my expectations for helping make a stressful move day run very smoothly-- thank you so much! <br />
