Ken returned my call to schedule work quickly and was very polite and professional.  Ken removed wallpaper, refinished walls and painted. His workmanship was very professional and done in a timely manner. His cost was competitive with others. He also gives an awesome two-year paint warranty and is licensed and insured. All the work was done as agreed upon with no delays. I would recommend him and will use his services again when needed.
