Very disappointing. Zac oversold his abilities as well as qualities of trust, work ethic, and religious values. I hired him to repair a badly installed laminate floor. He rushed through the job, doing sloppy and incomplete work. Examples: He said he would use "organic odorless" glue, but instead I got heavy odor that lasted for a week. Mid-morning he said he needed to go rent a cement sander; when I balked (because he knew ahead of time he would need one), he admitted he had one in his truck. He installed a transition that isn't even flush with the floor. See photos for more of his careless work. He put the head piece of my bed on backwards & refused to correct it. I paid him for a full day but only got about 5 ½ hours. When I tried to talk to him, he became rude and defensive. He also refused to provide me a receipt for the payment I gave him. And when he was leaving, he emptied his cement sander right onto my street. Zac is not ready for self-employment—he needs to be supervised by someone who can hold him accountable.
