Everything went well and would use them again!

A little difficult to get hold of them at the beginning but once they were on the job, everything went really well. They were always in time and left my home clean and secure.

The work was done in a very professional manner and I was delighted with the results. The guys worked quietly and without any fuss. Since there was a seperate entrance to the basement I often hardly knew they were there. They were very respectful and parked their vehicles in the road rather than the driveway so the family were free to come and go. Justin arranged to have City inspections and was always here when those were done. In fact a problem was discovered from the original home construction and he took care of that too. As if this writing there has been a leak from one of the drains in the bathroom that the company placed. Justin has returned and fixed the problem and has promised to take care of the ceiling stain caused by this.

Justin and his crew were simply awesome. They worked full days and took care of every detail! Any time I called him, he picked up or called me right back. They do great work and I love my new kitchen! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We vetted our contractor Justin very well, as we have had MANY contractors that did not do what they said they would do. It was a blessing to have such capable and competent people complete our kitchen! We were in contact with him for many months during the design phase pre-construction. When we finally got on his construction schedule the start date was delayed about 3 weeks, which we were okay with because we would rather wait to have it done right the first time. What a complete transformation they completed in 12 weeks! He and his crew were always here on time, professional, courteous, and cleaned up every night. Our kitchen was previously a 600 sq. ft. kitchen with a funky layout, which was remodeled into a 1500 sq. ft. high end kitchen complete with Viking Appliances, granite leathered countertops, archways with stone and 200+ year old pavers they found somehow, and gorgeous custom built cabinetry that stretches floor-to-ceiling including lots of laundry room cabinets, just to name a few. It changed our house! I'm still in awe months later every time I walk in there! Many personal touches were added by them and the recommendations made months of decisions easier. <br /> <br />Justin always was informative as what was going to be completed that week, when payments were due, and never minded my questions or minor design changes. I would never use another company again! In fact, he's preparing a bid to redo our bathrooms right now. I would highly recommend his company and his fathers cabinetry to anyone who lives in a house! <p>Our remodel consisted of replacing a tub, toilet, countertop and putting in floor and wall tile, as well as replacing fixtures, fans, etc. Justin promptly provided us with an estimate, which was consistent with the final cost.  Justin and his team were very professional, reliable, and timely in showing up and completing the project.  Justin was very responsive to all of our questions and ideas.  He provided some wonderful suggestions which we had not thought of. The crew was as neat as possible with a remodel, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. They completed the project on time and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding.  The overall price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we obtained.  Overall, we are completely satisfied and will definitely use J & B Construction in the future. </p> <br />

He's phenomenal. I used him for several jobs. Before that, they did a bathroom repair, a small repair for $900 and that was the reason I called them back because they did such an excellent job on that. He did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

<p>This was a major undertaking we had wanted to do for many years.  We had friends who had used J&B Construction with great results so we were willing to wait for their availability.  There was quite a waiting period before they were able to start.</p> <p>We had no complaints whatsoever with Justin Ussery and his crew, <strong><em>except</em></strong> for the length of time it took to complete the project (resulting in the "C" grade under Punctuality).  We were first given an estimate of around three weeks, which at the time, seemed very ambitious to me.  We started the project around the first part of August and completed the project around the last part of October - in other words, three months instead of three weeks!  There were several reasons and issues that arose which contributed to this delay (e.g. loss of work crew members, wait time for city inspectors, coordination with subcontractors, etc.), but the length of time to complete the project was grossly underestimated.  </p> <p>That being said . . . we would use Justin and J&B Construction again <em>with no hesitation</em>.  Justin was on-site everyday, which can't be said for most contractors.  He was great at keeping in close communication with us, and guided us through the entire project.  He was very willing to work our personal designs and wishes into the overall project.  He also worked closely with us on the purchase of materials for the project.  Most, but not all, material costs were included in the $47,500 cost, but we had a few special purchases we made on our own (maybe another $10,000). </p> <p>I completely trusted Justin's advice and the final project turned out great. Trusted friends and family have commented on the quality of the work done by J&B.  The cabinets in all the bathroom renovations had to be custom-built, which they did themselves.</p> <p>I'm not sure I would live on-site during another major renovation, but that's all behind us now, and we love our new home!<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />

On the whole the whole experience went very well.  We actually enjoyed having Justin and his crew in the house.  They were all polite and courteous. <br /> <br /> The hangup was with the company that cut the granite and Justin made sure it was done to our satisfied.  I believe he is no longer using that company. <br /> <br /> Bottom line - I smile each time I walk into the kitchen and bath.  We love both.

Jason was prompt and courteous for appointments. He wants to be sure everything is done to customer's satisfaction. He is very busy so some patience is helpful. Anthony was also very patient and courteous. He did a wonderful job on the tile ! We had a few glitches with drain in tub which Jason changed for us graciously. We are very happy with finished product and hope to have him come again for lower level bathroom also. <br />

Everything went well from start to finish.  As with any project adjustments need to be made and they know what to do and how to handle them.  We were very pleased with the professional approach and how they tried to keep everything clean while working in our home.  We would recommend them to anyone that wants the work done right!! <br />

Justin was backed up with a lot of other jobs, but the reason was clear. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent, and the price was more than fair. FLEXIBILITY is definitely an attribute of this company. They worked with me to allow my own installation of tile floor and paint jobs in between periods of their work. This allowed me to save a lot of money by doing some of the work myself. This is not something that every contractor will do. Justin was very accessible though cell phone and email, and every concern was adequately addressed. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of their work. Using J&B Construction for your project is something that you will not regret! <br />

He is wonderful. He gave us suggestions for the projject, which was to make the steps in our garage more manageable. I have trouble going up and down stairs. Justin built the landing with steps and a railing that worked perfectly for me. He supplied the materials and labor at a reasonable price. He is very easy to talk to and doesn't rush his work, but takes the time to do it right. He also built a deck for us previously that was beautiful. We highly recommend Justin for any job you might have. <br />

I was very impressed with the excellent service provided. The work was provided over a period of time and came in under cost that was estimated. Whenever there was a problem, it was fixed quickly. Highly recommended to anyone needing general carpentry repair!
