In working with a new company it is my nature to be very cautious and even skeptical concerning trusting the work. Even after being recommended by a close family member; I still was concerned about the percentage rate they were asking for, in the contract they presented. I must say however; after seeing their professionalism, work ethic, documentation, and the detailed reports they provided to establish and ultimately win my case; I was not only pleased but I'm convinced enough to say, I would use them again and recommend them to both other home owners and to friends.

Overall I was very satisfied. They are professional and knowledgeable in their field. They keep you informed every step of the way. I was pleased with the outcome. This company is definitely one of a kind.

Very well. After the water damage, we didn't know what to do next. New Day Services came into the picture, guided us step-by-step, fought to get the line items in our claims vigorously, and helped us oversee the repairs needed to ensure that our home was repaired to 100% satisfaction.

It was excellent.! I Never experience anything like that before. They showed up and help me to put my home back together after being hit by a tornado. I Had shattered windows , Roof blown off. Privacy riped up. Siding damage alone with water damage. Among others things that were destroyed. They worked long and very hard .They helped me when I felt all was lost. Mr. Baker was angel in a time of need. I highly recommend this Company. I would use them If I were ever placed in this situation again.
