The provider came at the agreed time to look at he border in front of my home. It was agreed that he would come early on Monday morning to start on the project. He did not show up on Monday morning and I finally called him to ask if he was coming. He said he would be at my house around 10.00. He came at 10:00 but stayed only for a short time saying he was going to look for plants at the nursery. The next day he called at 10:00 saying he was looking for plants and sent me some photos of what he had in mind. He showed up around noon with the plants, where he put them in and moved the others. This took him maybe 90 minutes at best. When I hired him, I told him that my main and most important reason I needed him was to pull all the weeds in the flower bed. I also said I wanted a new barrier put down because I thought that may be the reason I was having so many weeds. He said that he would make sure all the weeds were pulled and take care of the barrier. Later he said the barrier just needed to be adjusted and that it was fine. I did not check behind him. He also said I would not have any more problems with the weeds this summer after he was finished.
