I paid an outrageous amount for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning of my house. They did a regular cleaning of house I PAID FOR DEEP CLEAN windows sills not clean ed, fridge wasn?t touched, curio cabinet wasn?t done, walls weren?t even dusted nevermind washed, not even coffee pot was cleaned. $600. for something I could have had my grandchildren do. Very unhappy and feel used. You should be ashamed of yourself. My house is 15,000 feet big so it isn?t like it was too large/overwhelming. My first time hiring someone to do this for me. I am disabled and thought it would be great to have a nice clean house. Sandra auto be ashamed of herself.

Sandra and her crew did an excellent job. She came on Saturday and looked at everything and gave an estimate. She and her crew came the next day and cleaned everything just as she had said. They stayed within their estimated price. I would definitely recommend New England Cleaning, LLC to my friends and family and anyone else who wants a thorough cleaning from an amazing and honest company.

Sandra was easy to communicate with, and very nice. She and her team did an amazing job deep cleaning our very challenging (read: messy) house. They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. They were punctual and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them.

Sandra and her team are fantastic! I always thought it was impossible to find cleaners who would clean as well as if you did it yourself, but I was wrong- they do a much better job than I would! Sandra says she will change your life and she’s not kidding. It makes such a difference in my sanity to know that everything is truly clean. Sandra also encourages you to do some organization to facilitate cleaning, in a gentle and helpful way. I appreciate this because she doesn’t want to just clean around messes, she wants your house to be really clean in every corner, on every shelf, and under every piece of furniture. I highly recommend New England Cleaning.

Ok, but some areas inside drawers and bathroom sink were not cleaned. I had to ask to do it.

Best cleaning service ever! Highly recommended. They are not the cheapest company, but they work the hardest. Pay the price they quote, and you wont be disappointed. I am now hiring them for my home, and I am a perfectionist. Five Stars!

Sandra Came to my house and explained everything in great detail what would be done. I need it quick in on a certain day and she was very accommodating. ilIt came out awesome. Every inch of the house was clean.

After three months of not having a cleaner due to the pandemic, our home was looking pretty bad… I contacted Sandi and her team of three came out yesterday and now everything is spic and span, smells good, and is exactly the way I would have cleaned it myself if I could. They’re already on the schedule for us for next month and I’m looking forward to a long lasting relationship with this company!

Dealing with the owner was great, however the work done was not. She had three people helping her and our home is only 1,316 square feet so a thorough job should have been done. They did not have any furniture in the house to deal with as it was completely empty. They did not touch the bathroom shelves or cabinets (inside or out) in the upstairs bathroom nor did they clean the kitchen cabinets well. I had to scrub everything clean before I put anything in the cabinets. It was disappointing after paying as much as I did.

Sandra promised a lot and did she ever come through!!!!!! I said I wanted a” white glove “ deep cleaning and that is what I got! I was planning on replacing the shades. Sandra told me to wait and see her team’s work. She was right! I didn’t need to replace the shades because they were now so clean! I wish Angie’s List had an A+ because that is exactly what New England Cleaning deserves!! Sandra was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be using her in the future and so should you!!

Very well. Reliable and very accommodating

I chose New England Cleaning LLC because of the straight A (excellent) reviews (except for the one B but Sandra later resolved the issue). Sandra (who owns the business) has 2 important attributes. Responsible communication and trustworthiness. Sandra responded on a timely basis each time and she / co-cleaners arrived on time. From my experience, Sandra was excellent with communicating if something did not take place on time or if she was unable to make an appt. She listens to what your needs are and will accommodate as much as possible. They do not peek into drawers or touch things that they shouldn't. The cleaners focus on their tasks at hand and do the best they can. Excellent work done for both deep-cleaning and monthly cleaning. Reasonable cost as well. I am now using them monthly. Thank you.

I have a whole house cleaning scheduled twice a month. I have been a client for about 5 years. The team members do a wonderful job. They do the extras like cleaning the windowsills, blinds, light fixtures etc. I have recommended them to family, friends and neighbors. I don’t know what I would do without them! They are flexible when my schedule needs it and very trustworthy!

Sandra and her team do a great job cleaning our home every other week. We have strict time requirements that they meet and they respond well to specific needs (ie need inside fridge deep-cleaned, need all window sills cleaned, couches deep-cleaned, do NOT clean piano, etc). We have been quite pleased with their service.
