He was excellent. He called back on time. He was efficient. He knew what he was talking about and offered suggestions. He was terrific!

As described above, my initial dealings with Ryan were good, but he has since refused to get back to us about replacing the defective receiver he sold us.  Thus, my overall experience with Ryan is not good and I would not recommend others use him and New England Home Theater.  He does not stand behind the products he peddles to you and will stop responding to you when you encounter problems.

I hired him for May 6th and 7th and had given him a 4 page request of services needed to receive an estimate. He contacted me around that time and let me know he needed to reschedule because he had a multi million dollar contract that he needed to do at this time. So I rescheduled for May 26th and 27th. I asked him for estimates in writing but never received them, he gave me a verbal estimate for a little under $2000 which I trusted him for because I had done work with him and 2014 and he was good to work with. When the work was done the total I paid in full ended up being no where near the estimate and I paid $7000. He also asked if I wanted a third party warranty on the work which I agreed to and paid $850 for. I thought it was a great idea because if he wasn't available I would still be able to get the work done from someone else. I have multiple text from him saying my warranty was set but when it came time for me to get the paperwork I have never received it. I have contacted the warranty company because he has been no use for getting it. I sent in all the information I had to receive the warranty but still haven't received it. He will not return any of my calls now and I have a written certified letter that I had sent to him and he had someone sign it, I think his wife and send it back. So I have multiple forms of proof that this is what I paid for but can't get any response from him. He always pushes that he is a Veteran but I couldn't imagine treating anyone this way. I am very surprised that I have to get Angie's List involved. I want either a refund for what I paid or I want the warranty.

Ryan was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is a very hard worker. There were some glitches and we called Ryan about it...he came back the next day and fixed it. <br />

He installed the TV, but in the process he damaged it- scratched it- looks like it slipped from his hands and came down the wall. Did not tell me about this until I specifically asked him.

Ryan was very prompt and professional.   We had a problem with the remote, (our fault), but Ryan came right out and explained what we were doing wrong <br /> would definitely recommend <br />

We were very satisfied. They did the work quickly and everything was successful. They got everything working in our home theater system. They didn't need the whole 2 hours. They were terrific. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

They came on time. We're very neat and professional. Did a great job. Hid wires and moved power to behind the TV.

This was an Angie's List deal for $99 for 2 hours of work.  New England Home Theater did an excellent job mounting my tv for me.  I had the tv and the mount already, I just needed someone with the proper tools and experience.  They were very responsive; setting up and confirming my appointment was a breeze.  The installer showed up exactly on time, and was able to get the work done with an unfamiliar mount in no time.  Would definitely work with these guys again. <br />

Ryan was very nice. He came out to our house first for a consultation to make sure he could install the TV where we wanted it. We set up an appointment for the following month. The work took about 4 hours and we are very happy with the result! My only complaint was that he was late for both the consultation and the installation itself without calling to let us know that he would be late, other than that - great service! <br />

They were really great. Very knowledgeable. Left everything clean and tidy. An overall pleasant experience.
