Ordering my shed was very easy and everything was explained well. The timeline of delivery and installation was right on schedule with what I was initially told. Day of delivery started early and completion was done in just a couple of hours.

From purchase to completion, they were priced competitively, responsive and professional. Install date they were punctual and efficient. Work area was left as found and shed was as ordered, no defects! Would use again if needed.

Fantastic experience with NE Shed and Gazebo. Jon was always very responsive and helpful. The guys came out on the day scheduled and banged it out in one afternoon. Additionally, I made a last minute decision and Jon's brother came out and took care of it for me a couple weeks later. The quality of the shed is fantastic, it looks like a miniature version of my house. Honestly, from start to finish it was the best experience. I wish all of my dealings with "contractors" went so smoothly. <br />

I am thrilled, not only with the shed quality, but the communication and overall experience!  We looked at a lot of different sheds before deciding to go with New England Outdoor.  We could tell the quality as soon as we stepped into the models.  The flexibility of options, and transparent costs made it easy to customize.  The costs overall were comparable (certainly not more) and we got exactly what we wanted, hassle free. <br /> In addition, having them install the tubes (required by town) helped SO much, and that cost was quite reasonable- not an easy job!  This was a great decision since they knew exactly what they needed to support the shed when they came to put it up. <br /> We were planning an open house, and Jon was responsive to meeting our needs to have the shed installed the day before,  which was GREATLY appreciated! <br /> I emailed Jon quite often with questions (my first time with a shed) and he was always pleasant, responsive, patient, and happy to help.  This made a world of difference in the process. <br /> Overall, I cannot imagine a better experience.  We love our 'cave' and would recommend New England Outdoor to anyone! <br />

I loved this company!  Jon (who sold me the shed), and Chrissy who handled all my calls afterwards were great!  I asked many questions, since a hot tub was going to go in the shed, and they were great at answering them thoroughly.  The workmen were great too, professional, courteous, and always cleaned up after themselves.  The shed and windows are excellent quality.  I would recommend this company to anyone. <br />

The new shed was good quality.  I love it, and the value was decent.  John, the owner, is a very professional person, and he knows how to make sheds.  The only issue that I had was I was told by their scheduling department that someone would call me, repeatedly, and it never happened.  I probably had to be on the phone with the company 7 times before appropriate appointments were scheduled.  Granted, they had to time the teardown before the new shed was built, but it should be easier to do than it was in my experience. One day, they were scheduled to come and build it, but there was no shed.  They rescheduled and did it a week later, so it was okay.   <br /> John seemed to be overall concerned about the quality of the job, and customer feedback.  John personally showed up to tear down my old shed, with his employee, once the job had been postponed a few times. When the builders forgot to install my solar light, he showed up personally to install it.  That shows dedication to customer service and satisfaction. <br /> Overall, the experience wasn't bad.  The new shed is excellent, and I am happy I had it done. <br />

Update(Feb 4th, 2013). <br /> <br /> We ordered a shed online on October 19. They were pleasant. However, after the order, it was extremely difficult to schedule to have somebody get out to the house to evaluate the site (which was advised on my initial call). Repeatedly, I was told that "someone will call you", but no one ever did. After site inspection, I made multiple calls to schedule delivery.  <br /> <br /> Ultimately, the shed was installed adequately and looks very good. <br /> <br /> Follow-up calls after installation(by John) showed professionalism. He said that they would stand by their work and respond to any future issues with the shed if necessary.

I found this company here on the list. They are a customer friendly company. Great product, well constructed, and the crew that put the shed together were very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable .  <br /> It took them only three hours from start to finish. <br /> <br />

Excellent.  Wonderful to work with and reasonable prices.

They were awesome. They showed up on time and the whole crew were great people. I left for an hour or two and came back to see a brand new beautiful shed in my yard. I couldn't have been happier.
