They were responsive to the call right away. They were efficient, very clean (not a drop of oil anywhere), and friendly. They do great work, and we are very happy with our new tank. The price was fair, especially since we purchased a much better quality tank, and we needed additional work to bring things up to code. We highly recommend them.

Replied quickly, had lowest quoted price (significantly lower than my other quotes), did a really nice Roth tank installation in a tough spot, did NOT price gouge me for some extra piping that was needed, on time, cleaned up after work was completed. Very professional and efficient. The work was completed within a week of first contacting them and the job was finished within two hours of them arriving at our house. They were straight forward and honest about the work that actually needed to be performed and the final cost was less than what had been originally estimated over the phone. They cleaned up well and the finished installation looks excellent and is free of defects. I highly recommend this company.

It went GREAT! They were there on time with the a new 275 gal Granby Oil Tank. They remove the oil in the old tank and then removed the tank. They installed the new tank, with a new gauge, new shut off valves and all the associated piping. They then transferred all the good oil back into my tank and restarted my oil burner. They also secured the necessary permit for the installation. They did all this in less than 2 hours. Very neat and professional workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an oil tank replaced. P.S. I hear that they also remove oil tanks that are buried under ground.

Paul was excellent from start to finish. His price was fair, he was knowledgeable and reasonable. He didn't try to upsell me. He and his assistant arrived on time on installation day to find that my tank location wasn't up to code (as was too close to the burner). He gave me the choice of leaving as is or installing the new tank shifting the location to an opposite wall (which of course would be more work for him and had to charge extra fir extra material and labor, as to be expected.). I decided to have it moved to be up to code, he still finished the job on time that day. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. Thanks NE Tank

We had an appointment scheduled for Jan 5th but he called Dec. 30th to see if we would like it done that day witch was very good seeing we had less then a 1/4 of a tank of oil. Paul from New England tank was very punctual very professional they took out the old tank cleaned up under where the old tank was installed the new and new filter hooked everything up looks great the price was $1695.00 just as quoted.

The truck arrived later than expected because of a traffic jam on I495. However, the work was completed within the expected (one Afternoon) time window. The old oil tank was removed. My prospective on the experience: 1) the quote for the job was very competitive; 2) saving most of the existing oil was a significant plus for me (The tank was full.); 3) the time between proposal accepted and work done was about a work week. (This is a big plus if the oil tank is leaking.); and 4) the company was pleasant to work with...
