Removal of two-trunk oak overhanging leach field: Great prep laying boards to prevent damage from cut pieces dropping... but EVEN BETTER work from the bucket: all pieces cut over leach field were lowered slowly and cautiously by rope line(s). Safe for our property and safe for workers! Careful/conscientious cleanup. Masterful crew!!

Incredibly well!! They arrived on time, set the crane in neighbor's driveway, quickly and safely cut, hoisted to street and disposed of trees in grinder. Returned 3 days late with stump grinder and removed 2 side aprons to get machine into back yard, reinstalled aprons, quickly and efficiently ground the stumps and removed & reinstalled the aprons to get out of yard.

Wonderful job! Two teams performed the work on two different days and both jobs were performed with competence, professionalism and while exhibiting excellent customer service. This is the second time we have hired them and this time, all of their activities were within 30 feet of the house. They managed to remove 3 large oak trees and trim 4 more with no mishaps or damage to our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future nor recommend them to others.

Tree Masters did a phenomenal job taking down our 50+ year old maple trees. Communication was excellent. They were prompt and efficient. All workers were pleasant, courteous and proficient with their jobs.

Very impressed with the N.E. Treemaster's team. I had seven huge trees removed. They were done in one day and everything was cleaned up when they finished. Definitely will hire again!

A number of high and large branches/limbs needed to be removed from 3 trees. Team sent by New England Tree Masters was professional and left the work site in perfect condition. One tree was not accessible using bucket truck. Amazed at skill and concentration of person who climbs into tree to access and saws off the limb/branches. Also removed a number of dead branches which we appreciate. No damage to surrounding bushes, etc. as larger branches/sections removed and/or lowered to the ground.

Two days ago during a storm, a huge pine tree fell on our shed and blocked our driveway. i called New England Tree Masters right away because I had used their service before and were very happy with them. Once again, they didn't disappoint me. They offered the most reasonable price, almost 1/3 of what the other tree service had offered me. They also did a terrific job removing the tree. They arrived on time, cleaned everything. Throughout the process, they were professional, respectful and friendly. They even trimmed one tree that was also damaged during a storm for free. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

They came out did the job without any fuss and did exactly what they said they'd do. The estimate they gave me was fair, I don't remember the exact numbers, but I do know I wasn't sticker shocked. They cleaned up after themselves and did and amazing job.

NE Treemasters did a fantastic job removing several trees and trimming others. The ones removed were in an inconvenient location between two closely placed houses. They used a crane to bring them over our house without incident. They did the same with the bucket truck in trimming a large oak that was hanging precariously over the neighbor's house. Everything was quite well cleaned up and the price was extremely fair. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I had some trees I needed removed from my front yard. They came with a crane and a few trucks and took care of the work in under 5 hours. The work was done very neat and professional. A few days later they had another crew come for the stump grinding. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable competitive price. I would absolutely use them again for more tree work. The owner Carlos expresses how important every customer is and makes sure all the services you wanted were done and done properly.

This is the second time we have used New England Tree Masters. We had 23 tall trees, mostly white pine, removed using a crane. There was minimal damage to other trees and the lawn. No damage to the house or structures. The price was $1000 lower than other quotes. The workers followed our instructions for where to put wood chips, etc.

Right from the start we were really amazed by the efficiency of the NETM crew - we truly expected them to be at our house working late into the night to get this job done, but they were SO FAST! So fast, in fact, that we had to pick our son up early from preschool so he wouldn't miss the entire show! They really seemed concerned about not destroying our lawn, which we appreciated and knew was a hard task when you consider how many machines/vehicles were needed. All in we paid $9750 for the removal of 12 LARGE pines (and grinding 4 of those stumps for the price of 3), 1 large oak, and the removal of lots of smaller trees/shrubs. We would happily recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

I decided to go with New England Tree Masters for a few reasons. One, They came highly recommended by Brian McDonald of Mcdonald Home Inspecstions, [*** Link removed ***] who performed the initial inspection of my home, Two, they are very fair in price, and three, i always see their trucks working everywhere i go between Waltham, MA and I-495 more so then any other tree service provider. That must mean that either they get all the jobs, have more teams to handle jobs, or customer just really like them. either way it's a win win. They weren't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. Very pleased with the tree service provided. Carlos gave a very fair price and his crew did a fantastic job with their precise cuts and clean up at the end. It was like they were never there after they removed all the trees and debris. They were mindful for the most part in not hitting anything when they were cutting , but i do have to ding them a little for no paying attention to the utility line when backing up their truck into my driveway. Result was me having to call the Utility company to come out to fix due to the line now dangling 4 feet from the ground. Not a big deal, but i think they should have seen that at first. But other than that. their technique was really good and i referred them to my neighbors, who also piggy backed off me in getting their trees cut and to my friends as well.

The job was scheduled within a week and was efficiently accomplished in 2 days. Excellent job; they did everything we asked them to do. The cleanup was also excellent--all for a very reasonable price.

The whole process was great start to finish. The team was responsive to the quote request, communicated well the whole process and were very friendly and understanding. No outrageous negotiations. Simply the team did a great job and would definitely hire again!

I needed to have around 8 trees removed from my backyard. Most of the other tree companies said it was a multi-day job and they couldn't do it for month or two (depending on when they could rent a crane). Carlos came by for a quote and said his guys could have it done in half a day and they would be there within a couple weeks. And sure enough a few days after agreeing to his price, the crew showed up at 7:30. They setup the crane and went to work and were finished by 2. They did an excellent job of removing the trees safely and left the work area clean. I couldn't be more happier using them and will definitely be using them for future jobs.
