Work went well, price was very competitive. Hit a snag on follow up communication.

My parents called Home Advisor and this company showed up. Home Advisor has no record of them. The drain line from the sink was clogged. They told my parents they couldn't unclog it and had to replace 30 feet of the drain line in the crawlspace and charged them over $2300 (should have been a $400 job). They caused the toilet to leak and my mother called them out to repair the damage. They said it wasn't the toilet but a water line was leaking and they wanted another $250. I checked it myself and the drain line from the toilet was damaged from the first repair. My parents are older and they ripped them off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

There was a leak in the faucet that was replaced but there was another leak that they didn't discover. They weren't able to replace a drain and he bought me a plug instead of fixing the drain. I had to have another plumber come in and replace the drain for me.  I did use them again. I would be limited on what you had them do.  If there was a problem that they had to find....if it wasn't really obvious, I don't think they have the skill to do it. They need to have better training for their plumber to make his training a little broader.  I think what he knew, he did well.  He was a little slipper.  I made him come back.  He had plumber's putty all over the bathtub.  That was messy.  He shouldn't have done that. It was a terrible job on tub. What they did on the plumber was good, they just didn't find everything. What they did on the toilets were okay.  I had them come back and put in two more.  I wouldn't use them again. The messy cutting out the wall was really bad. They were sloppy.  They installed the toilet nicely and put a nice new faucet in.

They did a beautiful job. A little bit of a mess left behind, but nothing major and I'm very happy with the work.

Bobby  and his asst were great!!!  I was given a 9 to 11 window for arrival.  He showed up on time.  He took one look at water heater closet and said the 50 gal tall water heater would not fit and that he could return it and pick up the 40 gal tall.  I was told by another plumbing company to order 50 gal and they would install based on county regs vs whether it would fit in the closet.  What made me the most happy was, as I was returning and paying for new water heater, the clerk noticed my veterans card and promptly gave me a 10% discount :).  I'm extremely happy with New Era Plumbing. <br />

MY WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND NEW ERA PLUMBING CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE PRESSURE LEVEL ON HOUSE. THE PRESSURE WAS 2O PSI AND THEY QUOTED A GREAT PRICE AND GOT MY WATER PRESSURE BACK RIGHT.

I called after hours and they came out to figure out the issue and were at my home the next morning by 7 AM installing a new water heater.

The tech came out on time and gave me a fair price and installed toilet in timely manner.
