marcus was terrible , increase price by 60% due to damage wood, said he would be on site everyday, only came to pick up checks. one day it was raining and i had to call him and he said well its not raining in San Jose. The actual work was well done and crew cleaning up well after each job.

My wife and I realized we needed to replace a portion of our roof , a spanish tile. We contacted NewHaus roofing and construction company and were warmly greeted by Joseph one of their representatives. He helped us negotiate a great price along with the advice from his supervisor Gregory. We chose a beautiful terra cotta replacement and the work was diligently completed in two days thanks to the craftsmanship of Pedro and his crew. We are thankful for Joseph who was with us through our project from start to finish. We would recommend this company to anyone considering a roof replacement.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the salesman. He reviewed all aspects of the job in detail and took time to answer all my questions. He was onsite on a regular basis to check on the the job and keep me informed as we worked through the various phases of the job. The crew that did the work were attentive to the job. They arrived on time, and worked efficiently through the day. They cleaned up the work area daily at the end of the day. All trash was removed at the end of each work day.

The job was a bit complicated and they did a pretty good job. The project manager was very intent to please, but time wise it was a small Desaster. Promises were not kept and it ended up taking almost a week longer than intended. Precautions were not taken to protect property from unexpected rain. In the end it turned out okay and I received a discount for the trouble. I didn’t come away unhappy!

My roof was leaking in two places. I called three roofing companies per google search. Liam was the first to respond. One of the others didn’t respond until hours later, the third roofer never responded. I of course made an appointment with Liam. He arrived on schedule, inspected the roof to determine the cause of the leak, after I showed him evidence of the leak inside my house. He then invited me to join him on the roof, such that he could show me the problem. He then went inside, climbed into my crawl space, to confirm the source of the leak. Again he invited me up into the crawl space to show me the source. After which, we sat down at my kitchen table where he explained in detail what needed to be done and the total cost. Invited me to get an estimate via another roofer such that I could compare my experience with them vs my experience with him. Once I agreed with his estimate, the owner then visited my property to also inspect my roof, to confirm Liam’s inspection report. Some adjustments were made, I agreed to all. After that rain stopped, work began. In summary, approximately half of my cement tiles were removed and replaced. The work was completed in 3 days. I’m very satisfied with the work completed, and my overall experience working with Liam. I would highly recommend Liam and his company for your anyone’s roofing issues.

I contacted this company for a minor roof repair. Instead, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics that escalated into a push for a full roof replacement. The office staff told me I needed a new roof simply because my home was 28 years old. The salesperson claimed my $8,000 repair contract would have no warranty unless I upgraded. Feeling pressured and with limited options, I reluctantly agreed. The crew reused old tiles, lacked carpentry skills, and took long breaks. Workmanship was subpar, and my concerns were dismissed. As a senior, I feel misled, overcharged, and financially devastated. This experience wiped out my savings, and I believe the company took advantage of my trust. I cannot recommend them and urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this business.

Careless company with employees that don’t know how to manage a construction site. Debris was all over a residential road and damaged my vehicle making it inoperable and needed to have it towed. The workers denied any wrong, even though I had photo evidence of their poor practices and them being lazy with properly disposing their debris nails and wood everywhere. It took multiple phone calls to get in touch with the site manager, since they didn’t want to give me this info knowing they did something wrong. If this company is working at your house beware. Sure they reimbursed me for the damage, but that was after wasting my time and money for something that should have never happened. Look for another company.

The crew came in and did great work even finding a creative solution for the rafter. My only issue was communication during the job not being as complete as I would have hoped.
