It went terrible. They quoted us, took a deposit, and then showed up to the job with the wrong permits, the wrong crew, they tried to do the work anyway knowing they were doing illegal work and had to be asked to leave. Then they BS'd us and we had to let them go.

This was a tough job, and it went really well. Marvin was great to work with: he was very helpful, responsive and prompt, and kept the project moving quickly. Issues and options were clearly communicated. The job involved replacing HVAC ducts that had been poorly done when the house was built. Marvin and his crew had to cut through concrete slab, dig out collapsed flexduct, build a robust system to replace it, and install new HVAC equipment. I'm very happy with Marvin's work and solution to the problem, and will be calling him again for our next home repair job.

New Heating and Cooling did a amazing job in a timely ?manner. Very professional and helpful. I had added heating ducts to my new addition to an existing system and was concerned about airflow. They came in and added dampers to my system and fixed problems that where not working for years. I'm recommending them to everyone and also getting quote for air conditioning.
