New Heights Tree Specialists

Great experience with New Heights Tree service. We needed several dead tree's removed. They provided an estimate that was very competitive. The work was done as described and met our expectations. They were professional and did a great job. We were very happy with the clean up work they did as well. We will use them again in the future for other products and would recommend them to friends/family.

Equipment problems delayed their work for a day, but they did communicate the problems and showed up the next day.  They did a great job removing "soft" sections of the tree plus everything that was on the ground. Cleanup was excellent.  I am very pleased with their work and I will use them again if needed. <br />

<p>  My trees, in my yard, (mainly the Front Yard and a small tree in back) were in Desperate Need of A Trimming!! Around the 1st week of April, 2014, I started calling Tree Companies for Estimates. Either the estimate was Outrageous,(some even wanted to charge More for just regular Clean-Up or just leave my yard in total dismay..), The Company Never called me back, or No Shows! </p> <p>  However, when I called New Heights Tree Specialists, their Customer Agent/Rep contacted me back, on the Same Day that I called them!!!  We scheduled a time for one of the Agents to come take a look at what I was needing done. The Agent Showed Up, AND He was Very Prompt, and ON Time, for our appointment/estimate.  He was very descriptive about all the work they were to perform. </p> <p>  On April 10th, 2014; the day the job was scheduled and work to Start:  The Tree Crew was ON Time, Very Courteous, and answered ALL of my questions!!  As Promised, the clean up went far past my expectations!!  My yard looked Better than it did before they showed up!!!  The 50 feet tall Ash Tree is the center piece of my front yard and it is Absolutely Gorgeous Now!!  I am So Very Pleased with their work and their Performance.  I Will Definitely use them again,and I Would Reccommend them to anyone that needs ANY type of  tree work done.</p> <p>Oh, 1 more thing...  "Three" of my neighbors have also used this same Tree Service, in the past, and they all are very pleased with New Heights Tree Specialists, as well!!!                </p> <br />

They did the job expertly, on time, and even did a few extras at no additional cost. Cleaned up thoroughly. I don't have to look for another tree service again as long as New Heights is in business.

I called them on a Thursday, had an estimate within 24 hours and 7 days later the tree was gone. They did a great job communicating, cutting and cleaning up.
