Don?t bother with this guy! I had 3 shingles blow off my roof on a windy night and needed someone to climb on the roof to replace the shingles ASAP. I had all the supplies, ladder set up, shingles, nails, hammer, roofing cement, all I needed was a person to do the 15 minute repair as a 2? rain was coming the next evening. I called Gil and explained my situation and he said he would have someone at my home between 12:00pm and 1:00pm that day. At 3:00pm, I called Gil back and he apologized for not calling me but his guys were rained out. (No rain at my home) Gil promised me he would have 2 guys at my home between 8:00 am and 8:30 am the next day. At 9:15 am the next day I called Gil?s number 630-234-5418 and the call went to voice mail. I left a desperate message for someone to do the simple repair. An hour later, I called again and the call BLOCKED. 2 hours later another call still BLOCKED . Never heard from Gil again he left me stranded with no time to get another contractor.

Gil & his crew did an excellent job installing a new roof on our home he was there when the insurance adjuster came and showed the adjuster exactly where the damage was, and explained why the roof needed to be replaced - we were approved that same day. Gil then showed us different samples for shingles and after we choose, he and his guys came 2 weeks alter and finished the entire roof in one day. he also fixed some loose siding we had, and then a week later Gil came by to follow up to review what work was done, and to see if we were satisfied New Horizon Restoration did a fantastic job, i would recommend him for all your needs
