To anyone who has come home to an emergency at their house….. I came home to my house at 11pm on a Friday night to find 2 feet of water in the basement from a broken pipe. In a panic I did not know who to call so I called several companies. No one answered except Newhouse. And it turned out to be my great luck. Josh sent a crew and they worked through the night to get all the water out. They were kind, understanding and extremely hard working. After working all night they left Saturday morning Josh kept in touch and sent a crew to come back Sunday morning and again on Monday to finish up. Their quick response helped to minimize the overall damage. When It came time to finalize the bill Josh was fair and helped navigate the insurance process.
