New Image

This was the worst experience I’ve dealt with regarding someone claiming to be a licensed contractor. Matt George Owner of New Image Inc. didn’t not finish the job he promised. Matt George Owner of New Image Inc. promised he would return to finish this job for four weekends in a row and never prevailed. I hired Matt George Owner of New Image inc. from Angie list he is also listed on “Google” as “New Image Painting Murrieta” He was hired to demo tile on my stairs and instead he destroyed tile on a upper level i will have to replace in its entirety Matt George Owner of New Image Inc. left an exterior gate unpainted and unattached in my pool area, over spray on two of my cars and on a block wall. He also claimed he could install baseboards but destroyed over 100 sf of baseboard installation that will all have to be replaced. I will be reporting Matt George to the contractors licensing board because Matt George is not a license contractor and I gave him more then $500. Matt George is a Con Artist and stole my money. His reviews list on Angie list are from family members and not customers. On the day we requested an estimate from New Image, Matt came out within a couple of hours to do a walkthrough. We appreciated that because we wanted to get the project done within the same week. He gave us a great price and was on the job the next day! He and his crew finished in a timely manner and everyday before they left, they straightened up. Once completed they did a walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied. We will be calling New Image for other home projects. Highly recommend!

Matt and Rick are great, they were very professional and easy to work with. The job they did made my house look like it was built yesterday and it was done in a short period of time. Do yourself a favor and give these fine gentlemen a call if you want your house painted right.

Job went well and all work was performed as agreed. They even did additional work without charge. Very professional.

Amazing! Everyone was so professional and helpful when it came to explaining the process. The timeline they gave me was adhered to perfectly so I could plan effectively to get everything set back up as soon as possible! Love them, would absolutely hire them again!!

They were absolutely wonderful. informative insighful and delightful I've owned three houses that needed to be painted and hands down they did the best work!!! My house is perfect I am so happy words can't explain. It went good everything that was to be removed from the walls before painting was done correctly and everything that needed painted was painted a paint stripped or dropped anywhere. It wasn't supposed to be clean up was good to.
