We experienced water damage after a pipe burst under the foundation. Once we agreed on a price, the lowest out of 3 bids, he started on time on time, was either present during the work or stopped by frequently to check his employees’ work. Cleaned up daily and most importantly, finished on time and with no surprise cost.
