Upon receiving your call we immediately scheduled two technicians to inspect the source of the water leak, only to uncover a leaking rusted pipe under your concrete sub floor in an area of your basement storage closet were we have done no repairs. You stated that "You quickly found a couple of problems with the services we provided that was never mentioned or shown to us, instead your water leak is the only thing mentioned in your review. You're water leak was not caused by our services and you never hired New Image Flooring to purchase or install your washer, (posting photos of the leak location, invoices, washer receipts, contracts, any emails or text messages will provide Angie's list members to see the correct information. We do regret losing a customer over something beyond our control, especially after you and your husband were extremely satisfied with the numerous services you hired us to complete. "Client Transparency is one of our goals and company policies. All of our technicians are instructed to treat our clients home and money as if it were their own. By treating all our clients property with respect and helping them save money, it builds trust. It is unfortunate that this gesture was interpreted in the wrong way. Part of our company policy is not to store unnecessary materials that do not require temperature acclimation in our clients home. Your stair risers were brought to your home by the technicians on the morning of 9/11/2017 the day of your installation, that is also the day the Governor declared a State of Emergency due to the hurricane. Many flooring stores were either closed that day or closed early due to the weather, your stair risers were present on the day of installation. During the demo process the technicians realized that your stair risers could be saved, this information was then passed on to your project manager who then called to inform you of the $120.00 savings that was returned to you. The technicians had to match your new stair treads to your existing wood flooring stain which is a Dark Walnut one of the darkest stain colors on the market. Due to the dark color of your stain the painter would have to apply several prime and paint coats. This process was explained to you in great detail during your first in home consultation. It should also be noted that the technicians had to remove and reinstall your existing hand railings and all of metal balusters which increased a little more due to the additional labor involved without any damages.The quality, service and craftsmanship of your staircase was in all regards done professionally and came out great. It would be helpful to your review if you would post a few pictures so the general public can see for themselves the reason why you are dissatisfied. Thank You Bryant"
