Tracy was wonderful to work with. He addressed me questions and even pointed out a few additional things for me to look into.

I was looking for a solution to the humidity in the house. The only suggestion I was given, was more fans in the attic, and referred to an electrician. Who then said it's not the fans in the attic that is the problem, but something else. Never did find what the something else was. Three story split level, and 2 dehumidifiers running 24/7, basement and upstairs. That was my reason for hiring, but no solutions. Still did inspect everything, and very nice.

The HVAC specialist that had come out before TVT Home Inspection had told us that one of our air conditioners was faulty and we wanted that verified before we replaced it. Very knowledgeable home inspector but service contracted for was wood destroying insect inspection and inspection completed involved rodents and so the report was unusable for purpose intended.

Tracy has been so easy to work with. I needed a home inspection short notice with a small window of availability: he made it happen. He turned in the report the same day. After looking at the report, I gave him a call to ask some questions. There was a part of the home he could not access at the time and said he could revisit to check on it. I reached out to my agent and he was able to schedule a time so he could meet with Tracy so Tracy could get access to what he needed to check. He made it happen again on short notice and was so helpful and willing to explain anything I needed clarification with. His customer service is top notch! Very knowledgeable of his work. Climbing into both attics and test the insulation for its r19 still holding checked furnace and water heat for leaks. Checked walls for water leaks. Checked all vents for air quality in the good range.
