New Leaf Roofing

We had a wonderful experience getting our new roof on! Jordan and Cameron are wonderful to work with! Their crew was very kind and professional, they did a fantastic job and left the yard nice and clean! Since we have young kids they ran the magnet through the entire yard at least three times and even in the alley way to prevent us and neighbors from getting flats! I would highly recommend them! New Leaf Roofing is our go to roofers!

We got three estimates for a complete roof replacement and all three were within a few hundred dollars of each other. I don't remember which was the lowest but we selected New Leaf based on the treatment and information we got from Jordan, their representative. He explained in detail the choices we had, how they would perform the job and mentioned that they did not promise to get the job finished in one day, which we were pleased to hear. <br /> We had to wait a few weeks  before a crew was available, which was fine by us.  On the date given the crew arrived and worked steadily. Jordan was on-site each day to answer any questions or concerns.   <br /> We are very pleased with how our new roof looks and with the recent rains there are no leaks. <br /> A job well done! <br /> <br /> <br />

We have been getting a line of strong storms and I needed to have my roof inspected as I suspected a leak. Since we have never had to deal with roof issues before, we weren't sure of the first steps in fending off a potential crisis. <br /> Jordan came out within the hour of our initial call to inspect our entire roof--both inside and out and let us know about potential issues as well as provided an estimate to fix. <br /> Each step of the way, he was courteous and patient and answered every question. <br /> I had such a great experience, that I definitely will call him next time I need roof repair work! <br />

We found roofing contractors very difficult to work with, especially given the involvement of insurance. This vendor is the exception. He is excellent to work with and we are very impressed. <br /> We found that this team is very good at explaining different options on our roofing system. They could offer pros and cons of each option and were clear on the pricing of them. We found that their general pricing is very transparent. In contrast to many roofers, the vendor did not require up-front payment. Rather, he asked that we inspect the roof together before issuing payment. <br /> The installation was smooth- the foreman stopped by regularly. Also, the crew only replaced what they knew they could finish that <br /> day to avoid any rain damage. They did not leave shingles lying around and were good at cleaning up the work site. <br /> The only downside to their service was that they were slow in responding and scheduling our work. This was not a problem to us, but could be for other potential customers. Overall, though, they are the superior choice in the roofing business in our area.  <br />

Jordan and Randy were extremely easy to work with. They are very professional, competent, and reliable. Were quick to address any questions, issues, and/or concerns. They kept us informed of the status throughout the process avoiding any surprises. Unlike other roofers in our neighborhood who just dropped off their crew and were not seen again until payment time, either Jordan or Randy was at the job site nearly 100% of the time. Would not hesitate to use New Leaf Roofing in the future, and definitely would recommend to others. <br />

We are very pleased with the work! Jordan and his crew were polite and efficient. They cleaned up everything and they even had paint to match our trim. It looks great. <br />

New Leaf did a very professional job. The owner was very responsive and paid attention to detail. They cleaned up after each day and I did not find any trash around my house.

Very responsive. Knew what they were doing. Fair price. Completed job in two days and completed a thorough clean-up afterwards. We have had the roof for about a year now and have had no leaks or other problems. Our neighbor was impressed enough with the work and company that they also used them for a new roof. <br />

I had contacted New Leaf Roofing right after the storm, based on them having the GAF Master Certified Roofer designation, The short of it is that I had just about selected another company when I decided to give them a call back and I'm glad I did. Their price was fair, they were upfront and straight forward, it didn't seem like they were trying to get as much of the insurance money as possible, like some companies. <br /> They suggested some upgrades and improvements, explaining why and the benefits they would provide whether we decided to stay in our house or sell it in the near future. After making the decision to go with New Leaf we decided to wait get onto the schedule of the main roofing team and am glad we did; we could not be happier with the results. <br /> I would act as a reference to these guys anytime and can honestly recommend them and their work. <br />

This process went great. I interviewed 7 different roofers until speaking with Randy. He is a completely straight shooter, and was totally accommodating to all of our requests. His crew works extremely clean, and we could barely tell from the ground the roof had been replaced. The roof came out great, Randy was fabulous about making sure it was all done right. He treated it like it was his house. Excellent work! <br />

We chose New Leaf Roofing because of their approach to soliciting for business. Unlike many of other roofing companies who consumed our neighborhood after a hail storm in April 2011, Lonny McGee (co-owner) came to our neighborhood, wrote down everyone's address, wrote a personal letter and mailed it to home owners. He explained their business model and how they were a local company who would be around should any issues arise in the future and that they could do a great job. <br /> After we called them and he came out to meet with us, we knew New Leaf was the company to choose. They were not pushy like the other companies who rang our door bell from dawn to dark during that week. He offered us a fair price and said he would work directly with our insurance company and even met the inspector when they came out to make sure we were given fair consideration for all damage received. <br /> They completed the work on time and left our yard and flower beds just like they found them. There were no nails or trash and they completed the work in 2 days. We've had no issues at all with any of their work. When we went to sell our house this year, Lonny even worked with us when we needed to receive a written confirmation on the roof work from the previous year. <br /> He and his crew were outstanding to work with and we would definitely use them again and I have already referred them to three people who needed a roofing company.

We developed a leak in our roof and called several roofing companies. New Leaf responded promptly and Randy (the owner) personally came out to evaluate the problem. He said our roof was fine (except for a few loose shingles) but that the problem was that our caulking around our upstairs windows had gaps. He suggested we get a handyman to handle the caulk and he could fix the shingles for $75. Whereas many roofing companies would suggest a new roof or costly repairs, Randy is a businessman with integrity and gave an honest assessment. Also when he did the shingle repairs, he said we could just settle up with him later (as we weren't home when he did the repairs) and that we didn't need to leave a check or anything. Talk about a great way to run a business. I highly recommend New Leaf Roofing and would use them again in a second!

They did a good job but there is a little leak and they have been slow in coming to fix it. That could be because of the cold weather. It is an exhaust pipe on a dormer. It looks nice and everybody comments on it. The price was good and I liked them.
