New Look Home Improvements installed a fence for me on 10 Aug 2022. The installation work was less than satisfactory. The installation crew never used a string line as there base to insure a straight line and for proper height for the fence. The result was, the fence was not even installed at the same height on the parts of the my propriety that were flat. By Feb 2022 a couple of the fence posts were visibility leaning. I was able to get Mr. West out to look at the problem on 18 April 2022 and he stated that "it was rain water seeping into the ground and there was nothing he could do about it." I have contracted another fence company to fix the problem's. They have not started the work yet, but recommended that I sink a metal rod down beside both fence posts that are leaning to see it any concrete was used. The rods went down 3 ft but no concrete was encountered. Mr. West insured me that concrete would be used in each fence post holes, but that appears not to be the case. The estimate for the repair work is $1800.00, which I would like to recover.

My wife and I met with Jesse over one of our lunch breaks, we had just gotten out of a poor experience with another contractor and while the initial meeting was longer than expected (about 45 minutes), Jesse was very friendly and quick to answer any questions that we had, which was greatly reassuring. We had received 2 other quotes for a new fence, but the quote from New Look Home Improvement blew the other two out of the water. It was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. We had reservations that the reduced cost would translate into poor service, but that was not the case. Jesse immediately had us scheduled to have the utilities marked, the material dropped off and the fence installed the very next week. At the time of writing this review most other fencing companies have a lead time of at least 6 weeks, so we were once again blown away, and to ne honest we were anxiously waiting for the ball to drop. But it never did! The next week went exactly as planned with no hiccups. We were ecstatic. Because they use a quick curing concrete, the whole fence was installed in 1 day and exactly when they said it would be installed. It has been about a week since the fence was installed and we are very happy with how it turned out - the only little problem that we have is that they left the tags on each piece of wood, so each picket has a small white tag at the bottom that will eventually have to be taken off. There is still a small amount of leftover wood/concrete in our driveway, Jesse has confirmed that either he or his guys will be picking it up soon. If you are looking for a fast and affordable but still professional company to install a fence, I would HIGHLY recommend New Look Home Improvement. In summary: Pros of using New Look: -Short lead time -Quick installation -Significantly cheaper than competitors Cons of using New Look: -I don't believe their fence is covered by a company warranty, but this is the only real con I could think of.

Highly recommend! Jesse was great at communicating and actually was able to schedule quickly. Trevor installed my vinyl fence and did an amazing job.....he was super friendly and such a hard worker. Will use them again!

We signed the contract to start having our fence replaced in February, everything sounded awesome. When our fence was first installed it was installed incorrectly. According to our contract we had selected for it to conform with the ground, which it was not there were gaps between 4-10inches between the ground and the bottom of the fence. Once my husband got home we agreed we were not okay with it like that. We contacted the owner about getting it fixed. The contractor came out and explain that he was going to put a piece of wood behind the fence touching the ground to completely close that gap. We agreed on that. When the contractor came back out to do it he did half of the right hand side like explained then decided to put the wood infront of the fence and nail it in. In spots there were 2 pieces of wood stacked infront of each other sticking out into our yard. (Not what we agreed upon). We reached out to the owner Jesse to discuss how it can be fixed correctly, we were told that he doesn't know what he wants us to do and that he's spending more and more money on us for this fence. I stated we just want it done according to our contract. Jesse informed me that they had a big contract with a school they needed to do then they would be out on the Monday or Tuesday after. 2 weeks later I gave Jesse a call to tell him we had waited long enough and wanted to be done and cancel our contract. It wasn't done correctly and now it's been more then a month and a half since completed incorrectly. He told me that we can't do that and we would end up paying for his lawyer and court costs. I ended up saying fine just do it and I will make sure to leave reviews with how this whole process had been. He proceeded to yell at me, I told him he is not going to yell at me and if he does then this conversation is over. After hanging up he called me right back and again was screaming and yelling at me over and over. Saying he has spent so much time and money on us and that he doesn't know what he's supposed to do because we're not happy with anything they've done. I informed him I want it done correctly according to the contract. He continued to yell and scream at me. At that point I hung up. A new contractor with his company came out to attempt to fix it. This contractor agreed that it didn't look good and that he was going to do his best to fix it. He did everything he could to make it look okay without us having to wait 2 more weeks to have the entire fence redone. Still not done to contract but at this point we were so done with this company we just wanted it to be fixed and never do business with them again. One of the employees stopped by to get the remaining amount for the fence, he informed us that there were "12 hard digs" which at $75 each was $900. But that Jesse didn't want to have anymore issues so he was going to just charge us $500 more. During this whole process we were never told that there were actually hard digs. We were told and under the impression that we were going to be told if there were any. After all I have spoken to Jesse multiple times, the contractors multiple times and never once heard about this. It's hard to know if it was actually hard digs or due to their mistake and having to purchase more lumber if they were trying to charge us for that. In the end we ended up with a fence that wasn't to contract and even though we are happy to have it finally done it's not what we expected, paid for or wanted. Take it from me you do not want to do business with this company AT ALL. Thankfully we didn't pay them all upfront and only did half so we were able to make sure it was done correctly. I have pictures of the whole process and the issues. Unfortunately we will never do business with this company again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else. Talk about unprofessional

I paid over 9k upfront in cash for a new fence and door. I was told afterwards I needed to pay over $400 for a land survey which is fine but an unexpected cost. Over the course of almost a year I have received almost zero updates unless I keep asking. Months past any reasonable amount of time (even during covid) my fence and door was installed. The fence is very nice and the door is missing a kick plate I paid for. I wish I wouldn’t have paid upfront because I have felt left in the dark since they already got their money. I still don’t have my kick plate for the door and no matter how many times I ask about it I either get no response or told to wait longer. I have officially given up after so many chances to leave a good review.

The roofing team were fantastic! Alex and his team worked nonstop to get my roof replaced. Extremely efficient! I had a bad leak in my roof and all we had was rain in the forecast. As soon as there was break in weather they were at my house. They swept the yard several times for nails and did a wonderful job cleaning up. The office had the dumpster removed the next day. It looked like they had never been there. I have full confidence in the roof they put on. I even smile when it rains. I only give them a B overall, the communication from the main office I feel could of been better. I am still waiting for pictures taken inside the roof from leak damage. The warranty paperwork was not given at the end of the project as I would have expected, I have been assured that it will be mailed from the manufacture of the roofing product.

I would never hire them again. They give no notification, just show up. They will promise you anything that sounds good. Jesse (owner) really doesn't care if you're happy with the end result and he's a liar. During the job, workers left trash (empty water bottles, empty boxes from nails, rolls of nails, cigarette butts, empty cement bags) and debris all over my yard EVERYDAY as well as my neighbors. According to Jesse "That's how we always do it, we don't clean up until the job is done". My old fence sat on my front yard for 4 days before they removed it. The people installing the fence decided my door should go on the right side instead of the left, where I wanted it, because it was easier for them. One entire side of my fence was installed backwards because F me...it was easier for them to do it that way and clearly that is what's important to Jesse, the happiness of his contracted employees. My fence hasn't been up a year and I already had to replace one of the boards. Worse experience. In the pictures you can see the smooth side of the fence which should be facing my neighbors yard. I actually hate walking into my backyard because the fence is an eye sore for me.

Great company. They had to dodge the weather but got it all done in 1.5 days. Use top flight products and the crew was very efficient and do fine work.

They were quick and efficient. It was a job well done with no issues.

It was good, the guys were quick. We have dogs so it was great they got it done within 48 hours. It was pricer than we were expecting, but he did really good work.

I really like the end product. It took longer than I expected but the end product was really nice.

Had three or four estimates. New Look was right in the middle. They were able to come out and get the work done pretty quickly. Jesse dropped off all the materials on a Friday and bright and early the next day, his crew showed up to start the work. By mid-afternoon Sunday, they were finished. The fence is great and just what I needed to get my privacy back. Would recommend.
