New Look did a TERRIFIC job with my kitchen redo! I truly couldn't be happier. The owners (Jim and Marva) and the staff are great to work with and stand behind their promise to make sure all's done to the customer's satisfaction. There were a few bumps along the way due to suppliers - not to New Look - but they saw the job through in every respect. They also came up with creative approaches to some challenges that the kitchen posed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND New Look!

Workers arrived on time and worked efficiently and skillfully. They were very careful to close off a door to the rest of the house to prevent the spread of as much dust as possible. They cleaned up well as they went. A project manager came by several times to check on the quality of the work and the owners immediately addressed any concerns we had. The price was excellent. We remain very pleased with how our kitchen looks and operates -- it is a pleasing update. The kitchen looks bigger and brighter. Cabinets are very easy to keep clean -- no harsh products, just warm water with a little Dawn in it.

Jim and Marva came to the house with plenty of samples and make recommendations for design, including ways to save money, for example, replacing two doors with one. Also provided recommendations for buying new sink/hardware and a plumber to install. <br /> Workers came on day we agreed upon and finished a day earlier than expected. <br />

I have seen sloppy refacing work and I wasn't sure I wanted to risk it but after seeing the quality of the samples and talking with the <br /> owners I changed my mind and wasn't disappointed. NewLook really did give our kitchen a great New Look.  From the <br /> knowledgeable owners to the courteous, experienced installers they really did a wonderful job turning drab to sparkling. My husband and I recently decided to do some upgrading in our home before we put our home on the market. The kitchen wasn't in bad shape, just needed a little bit of updating (our house was built in 2008 and the kitchen was a little too dark for <br /> modern tastes). Sales Consultant Jim answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy. He helped with recommendations throughout the entire process. When I told him we needed some time to think things over he didn?t try any high pressure sales tactics. He politely asked when he could call us back. We had already talked to three (3) other companies by the time we met with New Look Refacing. Jim was the only one that didn?t try to twist our arm to get us to sign a contract. I had told Jim he could call us back in a week. I called him back the next day. <br /> I have to say that the entire process of working with New Look Refacing was amazing. I had expected about 1-2 weeks until we had our new kitchen, but everything only took 5 Days! Marcus was our lead installer and he walked us through every part of <br /> the installation process before we started. He was always on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do.
