They installed a galvanized part onto a copper part. Copper will eat galvanized pipe. It has eaten it and has created a leak. I have sent them pictures and a copy of my receipt. The owner, William Finch, is not returning my calls, messages or emails. He has all of the information he needs in order to do the work. The water heater was under warranty.

The service went fine. They were here and gone so fast I thought $79 seemed like a lot of money to pay them to do that, but I guess that is why you buy exploits to do it.

I had trouble with the pump. They were just really good in the year and a half that I used them, but then when I had trouble with the pump sticking and I needed for somebody to come out, I couldn't get them to come out. I called them several times and I can't get no one to return my phone call. I even called the technician who worked on the air conditioner and got it running, and his line was not taking any calls. I couldn't get hold of anyone. I called at least 4 times the main office and no one returned my phone call. I decided I am not going to use them any longer. Overall, they were so good at first. I did have a couple of problems and I had to call them, and they came out immediately and just took their schedule, but it was just this one time. One time is all it takes for me. The price was fair. I think they were average. The quality was good. Their responsiveness was so good at first. They were punctual when they came out.

Quick and easy. Good work. A pleasure to do business with them. You really should flush your hot water heater on a yearly basis given the horrible water we have in Albuquerque. Fortunately, mine was in good shape. <br />
