Was told one amount once work was started the amount was almost doubled. They didn’t show up to work when they said they would. And when they did show up the would only would about 3 hours total and leave . I was told project would takes 5 days he was on week 6 before I fired them. At that point only floor tile was done and about half the shower. When new contractor came in all the tile had to be removed and restarted. Tile was very un level and was falling off the wall. We had already paid over 9000$ for the job. I tried multiple to get in touch with them about refunding some of the money. They said they would refund some ( a very small amount) now they won’t even bother to text about about refunding it. Very unprofessional and quality of work is very poor. I took many picture of their work as it was being done and all of the work the new contractor pointed out.
