I hired new start roofing for my mother in laws town home. Carlos the general manager came to do the estimate and walked us through the steps of the roof project. He was upfront with us about the estimate and the condition the current roof was in. We then hired New Start Roofing to start on the work for the roof. I have not seen for a while a company that goes beyond the scope of the work to make sure that everything comes out perfect. The smallest details that I did not notice, New Start Roofing would point them out to me and make sure it would be perfect before the final inspection. The owner Raysi was there with her employess from day one and on to make sure it all went well. I am very happy with the work and outcome of our roof project. It is not easy to find a reputable company in Miami that does outstanding work at a reasonable price.

After 12 new roof requested and received estimates, found out that New Start Roofing was one of the 3 less expensive. Then the decision to hire them was made easily, because (out of the 3 less expensive) they were the only ones that included in the price a $1,000 hurricane proof flat skylight. My roof was change from tiles to metal and their work was affordable, fast, clean, courteous workers and a beautiful final product. I recommend this company 100%.

Project was installed in timely manner and excellent communication from the contractor.
