Zach just came out and saved the day! My 46-year-old daughter with MS and significant learning problems was unable to use our stairs as our chairlift stopped working. Zach came out right away and fixed the problem, and taught us what to do if it happened again. I also asked Zach about converting my daughter's bathtub to a shower where she doesn't have to step over anything high, and Zach showed me a wonderful option to convert our shower to make getting in and out of it more accessible. Zach was thorough, kind, compassionate, and exceptionally helpful, and we owe him a tremendous thanks for coming to our rescue! Thank you, Zach, you are the BEST! We recommend Zach and Next Day Access Central Dallas to anyone in need of help and compassion! We have tremendous confidence in working with Zach to increase the quality of life for our adult daughter. We are most appreciative and thank you with all our hearts!
