Our goal is to protect our clients' interest by providing a thorough and detailed inspection of the property. With over 30,000 inspections completed, safeguarding our clients' investment is our priority. We provide residential home inspections, commercial building inspections, pre-drywall inspections, radon gas testing, and mold sampling. Home Inspectors at NextDay Inspect are licensed by DPOR and DLLR and are certified members of ASHI, InterNACHI, and NRSB. Upon completing the on-site inspection the inspector will prepare a report, including photographs taken at the property, and arrows with commentary detailing the areas of concern. Specialized tools are used to ensure a thorough inspection of the properties components. Some of these tools are thermometer, moisture & humidity meter, thermal infrared camera, and outlet tester. We have an 'A+' rating with the Better Business Bureau.

If I could rate Pete 10 stars, I totally would!!! He was phenomenal from start to finish. Pete inspected every square inch of the home and walked my wife and I through everything as he went.
If he came across anything he pointed out exactly what it was, why it was a problem and how we could go about fixing it. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very detail oriented. Pete did such an in-depth job we walked away feeling confident and at ease about buying our home.

Michael was prompt and started right away. He was very thorough with explaining everything. He took the time to answer all of our questions and his expertise definitely helped me to make a better decision. He inspected my electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roof. I was so impressed with the quality of care & workmanship from start to finish! My inquiry was quickly & courteously responded to. I had all the information thoroughly explained to me, including the cost, length of appointment, scheduling window, & payment process. I felt confident the team was professional & that I would not be hit with unexpected charges. I had to reschedule my initial appointment & they were understanding & accommodating. On the day of the inspection, our inspector, ATA, was punctual, kind, & thorough. He conducted a thorough inspection, even with a heavy accumulation of home items (60 yrs of our family belongings). He investigated concerns & answered questions without hesitation. I was rightfully impressed by his determination to assess & document every possible nook & cranny. When we got the report, it was detailed & offered repair recommendations. We actually printed the 59 pages so we can refer to the recommendations & create a timeline of repairs.
