Hi! To set up the appointment was really easy. They are very available to respond questions. Inspector was profesional provided advise and did the inspection carefully. He took the time to listen well and explain in detail what he was going to do. Some difficulty was when I called to get the results they told me the wrong ones but quickly called back and clarify it was the wrong results that they told me. This was very stressful.

Would recommend to anyone needing an inspection. Initial contact was easy and convenient - they were responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible in terms of time etc. Then the inspection itself was great. Inspector (Michael) was friendly, worked efficiently, and very patient with the myriad of questions I presented. Will definitely use again whenever we need a home inspection.

My wife and I reached out for NextDay Inspect's services to give us some peace of mind on the home we had just purchased. They scheduled an inspector who was able to make it out a couple of days after our initial inquiry. Hussnain arrived promptly at our appointment time and gave a brief overview of what his inspection process would consist of. My wife and I followed him around the house as he inspected various areas. He always stopped to let us know what he was looking for, if we had any questions, and what we, as homeowners, could do for general upkeep. I'd recommend NextDay's services especially if you're looking to have your home inspected in a relatively short time window without shelling out a ton of money.

Super easy to schedule. They contact you right away, answer any questions you have, and provide you with a list of what to expect. They have sample reports to look at before you book them.
