I called next generation custom designs and they have did a outstanding job they got here as planned got done before the discussed date they where extremally professional and recommend them to anyone thanks for the great job

Lee Jones took $3,000 from me on July 12 and said that my fence would be installed in 3 days. Weeks later his constant excuses included: he had COVID, his team walked out on him, problems with his vehicle. After numerous excuses over a period of 3 months. The fence was finally up. Two weeks after I paid him the balance of $3,850; the fence began to fall apart. I called, texted pictures and each time I would be told that he was coming and an excuse for why he did not come before. He finally showed up to the house on Saturday, November 26. I was not at the house but I had a relative visiting from out of town who said he and someone walked around and then left. I have continued to call for 3 more months and now I am being told that I violated the warranty because he told me to stain the wood and I did not. I initiated a conversation about the wood and asked about staining even before he had finished the fencing. His response was that I could wait until the Spring - around April - it could do it in about 3 months if water was seeping through the wood. 3 months would be end of December. The wood planks started falling down back in October two weeks after installation was allegedly done. I have been trying to get him to replace the old pieces of wood that warped and or fell down two weeks after installation. All I have gotten is excuses, aggression, and threats. Yesterday, February 3, 2023 he promised me that he would be at my home at 2 pm today. I texted him at 1:10 and 1:21. I finally called at 1:30 pm only to be told that he had problems with his brakes and could not come. He said he sent a text explaining that. I told him that O never received his text. He then started screaming at me and saying that he was not coming to fox any fence because I violated the warranty. This person. Lee Jones, should.not own a license to conduct any business. He has cheated me and my elderly mother of $6850. I will pursue legal action and file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am willing to join with anyone who has or plan to file legal action against Lee Jones and Next Gen as I have read other reviews with people taking legal action. Only sorry I did not do my homework before Bork f him.

Mr. Jones quoted me $71K on a project. Began work on a Monday and by the end of the day on Wednesday of that same week, the project was now $117K. Mr. Jones could never provide proof of building permits and after some time of going back and forth, we both came to a mutual agreement that we did not need to continue working with each other. A refund of a set amount was agreed upon yet never paid by Mr. Jones. I had to take him to court where the judge ruled in my favor. However, Mr. Jones still would not pay and we are currently going through yet another court battle for payment reimbursement.

It was a good experience. They got here and got the job done. They have a good communication.

They did a very good job and would have them back to take care of any other job I have

They were great. The owner did whatever I asked and they worked fast. They had a good price and they were very reliable.
