A truck took out my well and created a bunch of electrical issues. It's been an extremely stressful situation and few people have made it easy. Most people don't want reviews from me. Hans made it out the same day to see what needed to be done and was back 2 days later. He scheduled an appointment with the electric company for shut off and was early to the job so they didn't beat him there. Definitely went above and beyond for me. My problems were resolved and the work is very clean. Communication couldn't have been better from first call to the end of the job. This is the person you need. We will definitely use NextGen Again!

Hans did an excellent job installing my EV charger! He gave me a great price upfront and was very honest about my options, even helping me figure out how to get the best deal on the charger itself rather than trying to upsell me. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process incredibly easy. Everything was installed cleanly and exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciated the transparency and great service and would absolutely recommend Hans and NextGen Electric to anyone needing electrical work!

He was really nice and knew what he was doing, but I was a little irritated that when he was cutting the electrical box, it went through my wall on the backside. He didn't reduce the price for the mishap.

EV Charging Station Installation
Hans was prompt returning my request for service, and showed up exactly on time. He installed my charging unit for my new hybrid in my garage where I wanted it, along with 2 surge suppressors for my 2 breaker boxes. After finishing the install, he cleaned up behind himself along with the leaves, etc. that had accumulated over the years. His price was fair and I'd definitely hire him for more work in the future. Nice young man to boot!

Our standard practice is to provide up-front pricing to avoid sticker shock after the work is complete, but in this case upon arrival we were told you had somewhere to be in a couple of hours - so we started the work immediately in attempt to finish on time. The work included a Basic Diagnostic to investigate the Kitchen Lighting (didn't charge anything extra for the replacement 3-way Light Switch), Provision & Install of a Weather-Rated GFCI and Weatherproof In-Use Cover, Rewiring an Existing Lighting Circuit and Extending it to the Requested Location above the Garage, and Install/Setup of the Provided Outdoor Security Light above the Garage Door. Standard pricing for this would actually come out to be more than what you were charged for, and we really do make every effort to price our services competitively compared to what other electrical service professionals are charging. We are committed to holding a standard of excellence in our workmanship and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I was surprised when I saw that you were less than happy with the service, because when I was on-site you were all smiles and didn't blink at the price when reviewing the invoice after the work was complete. Please consider giving us a call so we can have a chance to make things right. We can offer a complimentary electrical safety inspection as well as a discount on any additional work that might need done. 417-986-5045"

Everything went very well. If I wasn't able to reach him whenever I had a question about the job, Hans would return my call as soon as possible. He quoted me a price that I thought was fair and he didn't have any added costs. Hans told me the day he would be there to do the job and he was there as he had promised. He originally told me that the job would take two days. However, he finished the job in one day, which made me very happy. I would definitely hire him for my next project. And I will recommend him to anyone that I know who needs quality electrical work done in very timely manner.
